With 2 dogs and teenagers I can never keep up with the dust and dirt on my hard floors. I didn't want to spend a ton of money and did a lot of looking before I selected this robot vacuum. I love it and don't know how I ever lived without it. It is not for deep cleaning, but that is perfect for me. I get it started with I leave for the day and it's clean when I get home. Sometimes it gets stuck under a chair but I just pull it out. I love that this one has a mop feature. Again, it's not for deep cleaning but I have used it to clean up muddy dog prints. I use the manual drive from my phone and just drive it all over the prints until they are gone. Do have to remove the pad, wash off and put back on if its really muddy. Overall, love it, not expensive, and it works well.

Update on 11/13/23: after 4 months of use, the vacuum will now run for about 5-10 seconds and then gives an error that the front bumper is stuck…even when it’s just in the middle of the floor with no obstacles in sight. I guess I’m going to have to go buy one of the super expensive ones now. I am hoping this review gets the attention of the seller. I have been emailing the seller repeatedly for a few weeks now because the robot vacuum/app will not switch to regular suction and is stuck on gentle. I have gotten no reply. I saw someone else ask about the same issue here on Amazon where the seller said to email them so I’m surprised they’re non responsive. Beyond that, having a robot vacuum has been a game changer for our LVP flooring with two cats and two toddlers in the house. It has made our floors look much cleaner. The mopping feature is pretty laughable as the water tank is very small but oh well. We also don’t have any rugs or carpet in the area it’s used on so I can’t speak to how it does on that. It gets pet hair and crumbs up really well.

The media could not be loaded. My home (two levels colonial) constantly needs cleaning due to my long haired-Persian cat, and most recent addition of my jack-chi dog, who sheds a lot. Because of the constant need for cleaning and my lack of time to clean, it had been a long weekend job for me. Until I came across this robot vacuum cleaner, which has the capability to schedule cleaning and does a good job. The vacuum cleaner is very easy to use and configure on the mobile phone (Android - Tuya Smart app) and to manage the settings and clean schedules from there. On the first use of this vacuum, it picked up so much hair and dust from my pets that I had to empty its bin right away to continue cleaning. The cleaning time lasted hours and the device remained charged. I carry the robot vacuum back and forth to also clean the upstairs floors. I am very pleased with the results. Btw my cat is amazed and likes to watch the vacuum robot do its job. See attached video.

This was a splurge, and I was wondering if I would regret buying it. Then it showed up. Honestly, within three minutes and with one push on the remote, it was romping around the room doing its thing. 30 minutes later I checked on it, and was absolutely astonished at how much junk it had collected from my "clean" house. OK I thought, beginners luck. The next day was the same, and it has continued like this daily for 3 months now. We have hardwood floors, and two dogs, but this thing has been truly amazing. I can't be happier, and wonder what life would be without it now. I haven't used the wetmop feature yet, but as a vacuum, it is outstanding.

Purchased this as a 2nd vac because I love my I-Robot and have had it for a couple of years, and would be sad if it no longer worked. This one was much less expensive and also has a mop feature which I haven't used yet. I run it a couple times per week and it always reutrns a basket full of dust and some hair. There is only my husband and me, no pets. It's amazing how much dust it collects in a couple of hours. It does the floors perfectly, but not so much suction on a rug in front of my sink.
