  • Great little cleaner!
This is my first robot vacuum with a mopping option. My first product, a Deebot still works but has needed service and recently a new battery. I moved into a new home with all wood & ceramic tile floors on the first floor. With all the sanding & painting we needed to do, the floors were always dusty and gritty even after a swiffer cleaning. My Deebot cleaned pretty well but I wanted the floor washed. I had an opportunity to buy this mop combo with a discount so I bought it after reading the reviews. If nothing else I would have a backup if the older one died again. It was easy to get started. It came quickly and almost fully charged from what I could tell. I plugged in the charger and let it charge for about 20 minutes and then set it loose. I was leaving the house for a while so I cleared everything out of the way. Easy to do in the living room since our furniture had not yet arrived. I filled it with tap water and watched it for a few minutes. I liked how it cleaned back and forth in parallel lines unlike my Deebot that went all over in a random pattern. At first I could not see the wetness but after a few seconds could easily see where it the floor had been mopped. We then left the home to hope for the best. When I came back home the living floor looked great! I forgot to close the bedroom door so I found it in my master bathroom on the rug. Oops! I emptied the dust bin and checked on the water. Very little water was used. The dust bin had a surprising amount in it since I thoroughly vacuumed before I started the mop. I returned it to the charger. Next time I will make sure to close the bathroom door and not worry about any prep of the floor since it did both jobs at the same time beautifully. I did not yet add the app and use the wi-fi function but will try that soon. One thing I missed from my Deebot was a pocket on the charger to store the remote. This one came with 2 AAA batteries for the remote and an extra set of replacement side brushes as well as one extra filter. Hopefully I will have many cleanings with my new robot. ... show more

  • For the price it’s a lot better than I expected
While I’m on unit #2, I have been very surprised and happy with it. The first one got lost and ran out of battery power on the second day of use, but then would not start back up. It said it was charging but after 18 hours of charging it still wouldn’t restart. The second one I’ve used daily since it arrived, day four of having one, and I haven’t had any issues with it. My only complaint is that it doesn’t pick up objects larger than a grain of sand. I do landscaping and end up bringing materials from the job sites on my shoes into the house and the vacuum doesn’t get everything. With that said though, we are testing it against my mother in law’s Roomba (a $500 unit). We ran the Roomba and cleaned the out our current one, then started running our current one to see how much it picks up that the Roomba missed, if any. We plan to do this for a week. We will see and I will update this review when the trial is finished. So after several weeks of the testing we found that the they miss about the same amount. The Roomba seems to handle larger items better than this one (leaves and such). So we decided to run the Roomba more and use this one for spot cleaning. I ended up having to cut the floor out of my bathroom to replace rusted pipes and decided to see what this one would do with out a filter. It was cheap so why not play with it? Without the filter it sucked up the sawdust (I used a chainsaw to cut the floor out) extremely well. So I decided to put the foam filter back in but not the other one. I’ve been running it like this for a week and love the results. It traps all but the finest of the dust and still sucks up all of the larger stuff it missed before. Very pleased with the results. Six month update, it’s still going strong even with only using the foam filter. We don’t run it daily and soon it is going to get moved out to a smaller house we have on our property just to aid in cleaning there while I remodel it. I often think about buying several of these to just sit and wait for this one to crap out, but would only do so if the price was right. ... show more

  • Great reasonably priced vacuum+mop combo
After 6 years of service my ancient robot vacuum cleaner stopped working, so I bought a new one. For my 50% hardwood, 20% tile and 30% carpet floors, I definitely want a vacuum+mop combo. For cleaning under my low profile Japanese style bed, I need a super low profile device. I don't need a brushroll because I hate cleaning hair wrapped around it, and I have no pets. I don't care whether the robot builds a map of my house or not. I don't care how long it takes to clean the floors because normally I start the robot only when I leave the house for more than an hour. This reasonably priced vacuum+mop robot meets absolutely all my requirements! Note that vaccum robots are generally _not_ intended for deep cleaning. But compared to my old robot, this new robot has a much higher suction power, so it cleans more effectively, this is visible with the bare eye. It also has a larger water container and improved water dispenser that keeps the mopping pad wet for longer and makes mopping more effective. This robot is also more compact and lightweight. I was really happy with my old robot, but this new generation robot is even better! I only wish it lasts for 6 years as the old one. ... show more

  • Great quality, excellent value. Great quality, excellent value.
This vacuum performs well it travels all over the home it's extremely dexterous & can climb over wires and maneuver obstacles at an pretty astounding efficiency level. it has enough juice to vacuum the whole house and return to the docking port and recharges on its own. Also mops the floor if needed. Strong vacuum suction. This is really quality made. I'm surprised it wasn't more costly. Oh and the app is great to control it. My floors stay clean all the time now. Very nice ! Love the nice clean lines in my floor the vacuum wheels leave like a fresh cut grass. ... show more

  • Good little robot, not so smart
This is a good system and does a good job. I want to start this by saying that. Setup was simple, the app works well. Suction is good, trap size is significant that you can empty it after each cleaning cycle, don't have to interrupt it during a cleaning to empty it (unless your place is a total mess). The mop function works well too, I make a mixture of pine sol and water and put it in a bottle under the sink and use that to fill this for mopping. Now for the negative part. It keeps getting stuck in exactly the same places. Some I was able to "block off" but other times it gets stuck in places I can't block off, like three floor registers. If it rides up the register in the "right" way, it will get stuck on the register's "open/close" lever. It also rides up the kitchen chair bar (my chairs have s-shape supports and it gets stuck on the bottom bars). It is also for floors, not carpet. I have to pull up my bath mat before this starts or it will get stuck on the mat. It has also grabbed my shoe laces and gotten stuck there by my shoes. While all of these things are expected, what is not expected is that the mapping program can't remember where it got stuck last time and not go there. I have pulled it off the floor register and hit the button to continue and watched it go right back onto the register and get stuck again. Watched this process 4x before I pushed it across the room away from the register and hit the continue button. When it runs when I am not at home my question every time I walk in is "where did this dumb robot get stuck this time". Maybe someday there will be a software update for this and I will change this to 5 stars. ... show more

  • Very disappointed! I will see if I can return it.
Color: Black
It won't go over very thin throw rugs and gets stuck a lot. The brushes are low so they go inter the rug and get stuck. I had a cleaner model and that unit went over the throw rugs without a problem. There is no reason to have this if it if I have to pull out big vacuum cleaner to do throw rugs.

  • Very good vacuum
We have had a robot vacuum for a long time, we own a Golden Retrieve and hardwood floors lol. We bought this one because the price was so good. We run both now every day - Golden Retriever owners will understand why. The K10 Robot Vacuum Cleaner runs quieter, suck up dog hair better and runs longer on a charge than the one we've had for a while. The mop feature is something we wanted to try. It works okay for dander and dust. I am a bit concerned that parts are not clearly and easily associated with the product on the page but it came with enough extra parts - sweepers, filters and pads - to keep it going for a while. ... show more

  • Takes getting used to then great
We had a different brand of robot vacuum and this was so different that it took some time to make the transition. The app will allow mapping of the entire house by individual rooms and then when it's time for cleaning one or more or all the rooms can be chosen for cleaning. Also, "no go" areas can be designated and the robot will not go there. I am not completely satisfied with the map and would like to change parts but the map has to be completely removed and then a new map created for the whole house. Cleaning can be scheduled for a later time but I have not done that - I want to be present when it is running round, until I get more confident of its capabilities. The app will allow specifying areas not to be cleaned, such as rugs. I tried this and realized that I did not understand how to do it and decided to let it go and not use that feature. For most of the rooms I have overlap at the border between tow rooms which is OK. The app will allow "spot" cleaning which is a portion of a room that can be designated for cleaning. The minimum size of this spot is generally too big for my use and I don't use that feature much. There are two levels of cleaning and I have used only one (regular). I says that the higher power cleaning will use more of the battery capacity. At the regular setting the robot will clean everything I have without running out of power. There is a switch that can be set so that the robot will return to the dock if it runs out of battery power, recharge and then continue with the cleaning. I guess that there will be no duplication but since I have not needed that feature, I can't say for sure. One thing about it that gets noticed is that it collects spider webs from kick areas under the cabinets. These accumulate at the front of the robot and must be cleaned off manually. The other vacuum had two brushes and this one has one. I have not seen any problem in having only one. Overall, I am satisfied with the product. ... show more
