I opened the box, there was all sorts of parts and accessories, brushes, filters, etc. The instruction manual tells you how to plug it into the wall, turn it on and use the remote. It does not tell you how to assemble the accessories, empty the dust container, change the filter, or anything practical about this unit. I spent an hour and a half with product support on a chat and no one could find an actual instruction manual for this thing. So I turned it on, it’s running around my room, but it gets stuck on WENTZ, the Velcro on the bottom gets stuck on the carpet, and it is just not a practical machine. The idea as we leave it going when we leave, but it will be stuck in five minutes, and we will not be there to fix it. DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE.
