I have been using projectors for a long time now but never wanted to spend that much money on one. I wanted something portable with integrated smart player so that I didn't have to buy a streamer. I decided to splurge this time and bought this unit. As you would expect from Xiaomi, this unit is Apple(esque). The integration of google TV is a big plus as it makes the setup very easy and allows to download all sorts of apps in the App Store. The built quality is also really good with a nice touch on the backlit remote control. The form factor is a big plus as it is very portable and the stand is a nice plus if you want to set it up behind the couch and forget it. The locking mechanism on the stand is well made. Overall the whole device is really well made. From a picture quality perspective, it is pretty bright even during the day (as long as you don't project on a wall that doesn't have direct sunlight and you keep the picture size reasonable). The autofocus works pretty well, the auto keystone works well on a straight wall. If you have cathedral ceilings and project on them, you will have to manually adjust the picture, but it can be done. Finally, the sound with the harman kardon speaker. The sound is good for voices but I have to say that I was expecting more from this brand and would have wanted to hear more bass. Overall a very good portable unit, well built and worth the money when you consider that you don't need an extra dongle to watch your favorite shows.

Pricey, yes, quite expensive if im being honest. But after 6 months of using it every night, it’s worth it. The unit itself looks very sleek but more importantly the screen is sooooooo clear. On our normal white wall it looks just as good as any 4k tv. Also very very very easy to adjust the focus and most of the time the device will auto correct itselft you dont have to do anything. And, it’s QUIET. omg it’s so quiet. I spent $500 for the unit and the charger stick and my husband just dropped his jaw when inl told him. But upon the first use that same night we received it, he then said it’s probably my best purchase ever lol. Thats how much we love it.

What can I say this is an amazing product, it does everything I need it to do plays music, movies and more with a loud crips audio. The auto focused isn’t super accurate at times but once calibrated is able to quickly refocuse to a sharp clear image in seconds. 450 lumens although not the brightest is plenty good enough for a semi dark room. The batteries last about 1hr to at most 1.5 hours watching movies and shows. The size is compact and perfect for grab and go and the quality of the product feels genuinely good. It takes seconds to initially set up and the stream has zero stutter and a smooth interface using google tv. Only docked 1 star due to auto focus and key stone not being super accurate from time to time. ( Update) : I use this for work, to project fantasy maps on tables, presentations, and more. It was absolutely perfect, but out of the blue it stopped working and wouldn't charge anymore. I'm currently working through customer support, but the response has been slow. I'm disappointed in the item's longevity.

I was deciding whether I wanted to buy an actual TV or a projector. After extensive research on my part and the highly intuitive ChatGPT, I went with this selection. It is a very nice projector and is surprisingly bright. I live in an apartment that doesn't receive a high level of natural light so this was the perfect selection for my current living situation. I give it ⭐⭐⭐⭐ because there are a few niggles that help to fall short of a 5 star rating: 1. The battery life is atrocious. While I leave it plugged in and will never use it as a portable option, if I ever wanted to do that the battery life is a sad state of affairs. So I wouldn't recommend this model for battery life. 2. The picture quality is shockingly adequate. I use my bare white painted wall and it is fine. I don't see the need for a screen or anything like that. I may still get one but don't really see a need in my personal situation. 3. The remote control gets the job done though I wish there were a mute button on it. The smaller portable remote that is detachable from the physical projector ironically has the mute button, but has less features compared to the main remote. Otherwise the remote gets the job done. 4. Bluetooth: the projector performa well with Bluetooth connectivity. I haven't had an issue at all with connecting my speaker, the projectors own remote, or my game controller. Seems to work very well. 5. The keystone feature works extremely well. It adjusts itself at any angle and will let you know if it can't and for you to adjust the projector so that it can. Fabulous feature really. I love it! 6. Entertainment value is up there in the stratosphere. I love this thing! I'm glad I did not buy a TV. In fact, moving forward I think that projectors are the way I'll be going. Eventually I will invest in a premium projector that does even more than this one. Right now however, the XGIMI MoGo 4 2025 is a smash hit for me, even with the little niggle or two.

Got this because my apartment is small and I didn’t want a bulky TV. Ended up using it almost daily. Setup was super easy. It has auto focus and auto keystone work flawlessly. Netflix is built in, so no extra devices needed. The image is impressively sharp for its size, and sound quality is more than enough for a small room. Light, portable, and easy to move between spaces, which makes it a solid upgrade I wish I’d made sooner.

I will say that this seems like just an acceptable product. For the price point, I'm not sure I would purchase again. All in all, doesn't seem awful. Having Google TV makes it easy to get all your standard streaming apps like Netflix, Youtube, etc. But for the price, seems to be underwhelming. The Good Easy Setup: Was pretty easy to set up and get going. Google TV: Makes it nice to set up the TV and it's all standard applications, etc. Auto Focus: It worked really well, no complaints. Keystone: It adjusted the picture well, but I do have a complaint I'll talk about later on with "Light Bleed / Bloom". The Acceptable: Brightness: I feel like for the price, the brightness could be better. During the day, I have blackout curtains that do let some light leak in, but during the day, it is hard to see. So the room definitely needs to be dark to get full value from this. Audio: The audio isn't bad. But it doesn't sound good either. Probably perfectly fine for a portable projector. Battery Life: I would say that if you want the most for this, bring an additional power bank that can handle its full brightness power draw. PowerBase Stand: It's fairly short. Eh. Doesn't add that much time to the playback. But feels well made. The Bad: Light Bleed / Bloom: If you look at my photos, there is a really bad bloom around the photo. I've tested this up close, at a distance, not angled at all, pointed straight up, etc. Still just really noticeably bad. Guessing something with the lens itself is bad. Look at the shape in my photos. You can see what it looks like when it doesn't keystone. "Performance Mode": It just made everything green and appears to be a common problem with XGIMI that isn't being addressed. Not sure why they just don't remove it or fix it. Odd Decisions: No carrying case: For this being a portable projector, not including a case seems weird. Especially with the PowerBase bundle. And then not even offering one from them officially is kinda discouraging.

This projector completely exceeded my expectations. The picture quality is super clear with great contrast — everything looks sharp. Battery life is amazing — I got close to 5 hours in ECO mode using the base (about 2.5 hours without it). That’s plenty for a full movie night or just streaming on the go. Google TV runs smoothly, and it has all the apps I need — Netflix, YouTube, Prime Video, everything just works. It honestly feels faster and more user-friendly than other systems I’ve used. The built-in speakers are surprisingly good. Clear vocals, nice treble, and enough volume to fill a room. Auto framing works well most of the time. Just make sure it’s centered with your wall or screen, otherwise you might notice a slight gray edge from the keystone correction. Overall, it’s a fantastic all-in-one projector that’s compact, stylish, and genuinely fun to use. I’ve been showing it off to friends and they’re all super impressed. Definitely a great buy.
