On the plastic, hard to see, one side says up and the other side says down. If you do not use the correct up/down, it wil not work.

Bought in June, failed in August. The gear mechanism failed; it would no longer catch. Opened it up and found the small plastic piece, which was supposed to catch the cog would not move. Sprayed WD40 on the piece and it still would not move.
