Screen is display unevenly and has a “shadow” where the rest of the screen should be. The auto and manual keystone corrector does not fix this as other projectors would and it had lag and input delay as I did which was a waste of time. I even bought a stand which was no help. Projector works as intended but wrong software. It’s loaded with android TV and not google TV which means you’d have to side load the Netflix app

When turn on performance mode, it has a weird and serious green tint. When I ask for help and show them the pic, the cs says it's normal. No color setting or reset can solve this issue.

I have had this since 2022, ,and it works ok while it lasts, but when it dies on you, there is no costumer support. Firstly, it does not have native support for Netflix and you have to do this twisted way of getting it installed. Their solution break down every few months and you have to install Netflix over and over again. But I put up with that. Their major weakness is their poor costumer support. I had set up a passcode, my son tried to guess it 5 times and it locked it out for 499999999 seconds. Kid you not, I took a picture! that's 15 years for you. So finally I got a file from their support and managed to factory reset it. Yes, you read right, you cannot factory reset the damn thing easily. The loss of all your saved channels after reset is just the insult on injury. Anyway, fast forward couple of years later and it again locked me out with the same redunculous message bc I dared to change our home wifi. This time I have been getting silent treatment from their costumer support- I have tried their [email protected], their [email protected] , their website chatbot, their facebook page, and never got response to none of my enquiries for past two weeks. The projector is now a useless 400$ piece of brick! I will report them to Better Business Bureau. I bought them bc they were recommended by wirecutter. THey are no longer on that recomemded list and I know why. AVOID THEM! ... show more
