This projector is the one to beat. it checks all the boxes that you would expect in a portable projector. Having owned other portable projectors this one is as close to perfect that I've seen. Picture quality is amazing 1080p, HDR and the colors on this projector make viewing enjoyable. Brightness is excellent for the size of the unit, cant get another projector thats brighter without going with a bigger projector. note when using anything besides the power supply that the projector comes with, the projector defaults to eco mode which is dimmer then full power, this can be disable in settings. The autofocus is pretty amazing on this projector, some of the other portable projectors that ive used that have auto focus do a decent job but tend to lose focus once the lens starts getting warm which then requires manually triggering autofocus again, but not this unit, on start up it autofocuses and doesnt lose focus and even if you move the projector it automatically autofocuses again, its awesome. Same thing with keystone correction, just point the projector where you would like to use as a screen and the projector does the rest, this is huge for a portable projector because this tends to be the most finicky part, not here point and enjoy. this projector runs android tv 11 which has all your streaming needs no complaints their, as for Netflix it can be easily sideloaded, in the box are the instructions and works very well. few notes, with an update the projector has been fixed from a bug that wouldnt let a 4k source (ex gaming console) project in HDR, it works now. and now for a few cons first is the control, even though its more then sufficient, the fit and finish feels a bit lacking and the ergonomics are not as i would hope, and the center button is flat instead of concave which makes it easier to distinguish the buttons in the dark without looking at the controller, kind of nitpicking but when you've used other well made and well designed controllers you notice the little things that make a differance. and last is android tv, even though it has android tv 11 which has everything you could want and need it would be nice to have the most modern and current operating system, android tv 13 if nothing else at least for futureproofing the device for a while. but honestly if you've been looking and comparing portable projectors, this one will not disappoint. it really is the best in its class, good job XGIMI.

So I have had it 3 days, but this would be my fourth projector. First off if your wondering if it's as bright as a full sized projector that would be a no. But now that we got that out of the way, The picture quality is bright and excellent but you have to tweak the settings to dial it in. (same with all projectors) The sound quality is okay from the speaker, personally I will be using a much better sounding blue tooth speaker. I use this in my bedroom at night so I don't know how good it would be in the daytime. (I didn't plan on using it during the day) I'm using it with a cheap hang on the wall screen so from experience the picture would be even better if I was using a quality screen. Google TV works well, I like the remote. It takes a minute to learn how setup works but once you learn you can dial everything in to get a good quality picture. The build quality on this thing is solid and I opted to get the stand, it is solid as well and allows you to project on the ceiling, wall and is well worth the additional $50. Update, I've been using this for a week and the picture has gotten better. I also tested this out during the day time with the curtains and blinds closed and it has a nice picture and you can view it in a partially dark room. I also tested the speaker listening to YouTube videos and the sound quality is very good. I will continue to upgrade but I'm very satisfied with my purchase and use case which is watching TV and movies in my bedroom at night.

Mogo 2 Pro is an intelligent projector that is perfect for anyone who is looking for a portable and high-quality display. It is equipped with the advanced Android TV 11 system that delivers an outstanding performance, making it a perfect choice for all your entertainment needs. One of the most impressive features of Mogo 2 Pro is its ability to support multi-screen display, which means you can easily mirror your smartphone or tablet screen on the projector for a more immersive viewing experience. Whether you are streaming your favorite TV show or playing games with friends, Mogo 2 Pro ensures that you have the best display possible. The projector's portability makes it ideal for outdoor activities such as camping or backyard parties. It's easy to carry around and set up, so you can enjoy your favorite movies and shows no matter where you are. The image quality is superb, with vibrant colors and outstanding brightness, even in low-light conditions. Mogo 2 Pro also comes with a built-in speaker system that delivers incredible audio quality, making your entertainment experience more immersive than ever before. The sound quality is clear and crisp, and it's powerful enough to fill a small to medium-sized room. Another noteworthy feature of Mogo 2 Pro is its Type-C port, which makes it easy to connect to an external power source. While the projector doesn't come with an internal battery, this feature allows you to use it for extended periods without worrying about the battery life. Although the lack of an internal battery may be considered a drawback for some users, it's important to note that even projectors with built-in batteries can have limited battery life. With Mogo 2 Pro, you can easily connect it to a power bank or any other Type-C enabled device, which is incredibly convenient, especially when you're on the go. In conclusion, despite the lack of an internal battery, Mogo 2 Pro remains an excellent choice for anyone who values portability, high-quality display, and immersive audio. With its Android TV 11 system, multi-screen display, and easy-to-use features, this projector is a must-have for movie lovers, gamers, and anyone who enjoys entertainment on the go.

It can get very loud, the software does its job and the auto keystone and auto focuse work well. The image quality is more than enough for most content but the text can be hard to read if it's to small but I would not expect it to be an issue for most. The setup up was fast and easy. The projector is very quiet but it has turno options that can make the fans spin tater to get more brightness

This is my dream projector. Very handy, light weight, easy to use and project in any conditions, angles and surfaces. I use it daily and it rocks! BUT... It has a serious issue: every so many minutes, could be 15 or 40+, the image brakes into two blocks with colored pixels that move very fast, it doesn't last long and it doesn't affect the audio but it happens every time the projector is in use and like I mentioned before I do use this product everyday. This problem could be either software or hardware, just not good. This is my second -brand new- unit with the SAME ISSUE. Honestly just sad. Other than this flicker-ish/distorter/broken image I LOVE THIS PRODUCT. UPDATE: Adding 2 more stars. Customer service reach out to me to offer a replacement unit or full refund. They go above and beyond for their customer experience. Their level of commitment was refreshing and much appreciated. On my end I wasn't able to ship my unit back due to time so I settle on a 10% refund. That's the only reason I don't go to up more stars since I still have a bad unit. Still, after dealing with their amazing customer service. I now can recommend this company 100%.

This my first review for any product I have bought on Amazon. But I felt compelled to write a review. Negatives: This device keeps resetting when using the HDMI feature. I updated the software and still resets. This projector Bluetooth does not sync when playing. There appears to be an audio lag I would not buy if this is a deal breaker Lastly, the interface on the XGIMI is laggy and almost makes it hard to use. Positives: Good picture for the price given Very easy to set up I will be reaching out to Amazon for a refund and be looking for something less buggy even if it means spending more. This is a great projector I think if it’s just for personal use and not for entertainment/hosting purposes.

This is my third XGIMI projector purchased this year. I use it primarily to play nature videos and some movies while I work, using an XGIMI Elfin as an external computer monitor. The XGIMI Mogo 2 Pro is very colorful and produces a sharp image with any need for manual attention, unlike some other projectors in this price class (I'm lookin' at you, Samsung Freestyle). The Mogo 2 Pro is very versatile in that it can serve as an affordable native-1080p projector indoors and can easily be used outside. I think XGIMI made the smart move by leaving out the battery, giving people the option to run extension cords or use power banks or portable power stations. For its size, the speakers are outstanding. Live TV content comes across loud, but some movies, especially older ones, can be much softer in volume. This is just how content is handled by movie studios, going for the quiet-loud dynamics. It would be helpful to have a setting for volume boosting or, even better, volume normalization. Performance when switching between apps can be a bit slow, but it's not a dealbreaker. The picture is outstanding, and this can be used adequately in bright rooms at 20 to maybe 30 inches. In the dark, you'll have no trouble going 80 to 100 or even more inches. A projector renaissance is happening, and projectors are going to become the go-tos over TVs because these lifestyle projectors that market leaders such as XGIMI are releasing are making it so easy to have a TV anywhere you go. :)

This has some really good features: good sound system, good OS, good colors. And very compact. However, it’s just not very bright. I put this in a guest room where the shades let in some indirect light and the image from the projector starts to get washed out with anything more than dusk/dawn levels of light. This is definitely meant for dark rooms/camping nights. But for the price that it is, I expected a bit more potential. There are other projectors out there at similar prices that have 600 ANSI lumens and 1100 lumens so this falls behind. This is good for just a well rounded setup in the dark.
