A few days in and the xbox works good. There’s minor cosmetic damage but, I mean, it’s refurbished. The controller they give however is garbage. The buttons work and that’s about it. I thought my new headset was broken because when I plugged it into the controller there was sound but, the mic didn’t work. Then, later that day there was no more sound. I tried a different controller and everything was fine. If you get the console just go ahead and order a new controller as well. ... show more

This was listed as excellent condition. Came with plenty of scratches, works fine. Remote is black not white, and pretty beat. Remote has scratches and the d-pad either won't work or sticks and jumps 3 spaces. The bumpers only work if you put your back into it. Thoroughly disappointed in this purchase. But hey, I got an xbox fairly cheap I guess. Update: the HDMI flickers in and out if the cable moves. I have to lean the cable against the wall for it to work. ... show more
