A few days in and the xbox works good. There’s minor cosmetic damage but, I mean, it’s refurbished. The controller they give however is garbage. The buttons work and that’s about it. I thought my new headset was broken because when I plugged it into the controller there was sound but, the mic didn’t work. Then, later that day there was no more sound. It’s a piece of crap. It started having problems a few months after I bought it. It won’t start sometimes and I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve had to reset it to get it to work again. Of course then you have to reload everything and reload in. The dvd player won’t work for movies and won’t recognize game discs half the time. All in all, I’d say don’t trust them to send you a decent product and of course the time to send it back lasts ends right before you start having problems. ... show more
