This is an amazing scooter. It is exactly as described. If you've never felt power/torque like this before...Get ready! I needed a scooter to be a serious commuter, and this one is it. So far, I'm glad I got it. The G1 is a monster if it's in the max settings. The acceleration is extremely fast and exhilarating. Being the powerhouse that it is, it also feels very sturdy and safe. No shaky rattling or squeaking. The handlebars feel secure and tight. The motors scream like a banshee! It has a motorcycle style throttle. You accelerate by turning the right handle bar. One of a very few scooters that accelerate this way, and I love it! The deck is big enough to support my size 13 shoes comfortably. The height adjustment on the stem allows to raise the handle bars to a comfortable position for my 6'2" 190lbs body. The suspension is stellar! It gives me confidence to go fast and not worry about minor cracks and potholes that come my way. The front tire suspension takes them like a champ, and doesn't make a sound doing it. Just earlier today I wanted to test the uphill power....Ill tell you very straightforward: The G1 went up that steep long hill so fast, it was like there was no hill at all! Hills and steep grades will not be a problem with the G1. The seller has responded to every message with positivity, honesty, and great customer service. With all the different sellers out there selling similar scooters with various brand names, I am very glad that I chose to spend my money with JGH, and buy the G1. I feel confident if any issues arise, JGH will be there to assist. On top of all this power, exhilaration, and great suspension...it's a BEAUTIFUL looking scooter! Tasteful LED deck lighting, not too flashy that it looks cheap. It comes with a remote to pick through what seems like hundreds of different color and light pattern themes. The transparent deck layer looks so cool! You get what you pay for 😉 Some Cons to consider: • Extremely heavy. Taking it down stairs will require help. Even for a big/strong guy, it requires every ounce of my strength to safely bring it down a necessary 3 steps out of my house. Everything is metal, so it is a heavy thing that has awkward moving metal edges, making the big heavy thing a challenge to bring down steps or lift up onto or into something. The G1 does have a handle in the back wheel area to help make it less challenging. The handle helps alot. • Expensive, and you'll need to keep it maintained $$$ • Adults only. This is not for kids. One push of a button, and the thing is a land rocket. Even on the lighter settings, it's a handful. I'd imagine someone under 100 lbs would not do well on full throttle.. • It is a huge/bulky scooter, which is a huge plus for safety and sturdiness...but if you're planning on transporting it in a compact car's trunk, your plan is more than likely not going to come to fruition. I'm definitely satisfied with the overall handling and performance of the scooter. It is nothing shy of being fast, that's for sure, but it does not go 55mph as advertised. I've topped it out at about 44mph with a full charge. But I'm not complaining. For the price paid though, the electrical functions along the handle bars could be of better quality, such as the buttons that activate the dual motor drive, and the LED Display screen. The screen really serves no function other than just being a speedometer. It does not display which drive mode you are in or if single or dual motor is engaged. You cannot hook up to it via Bluetooth w your phone like other scooters. There is no app available either. So you are also unable to use it as a locating/tracking device if ever stolen. ( most other e scooters do) I believe it's a bit pricey as well, it should honestly be at least another $500.00 cheaper than what it goes for, to me that would be a fair price. ... show more

    • E 06 error on the first ride - Good follow up and resolution to the error from JGH Sport
I received the scooter yesterday. I charged it fully and took it for a ride. Several blocks from home, the power disengaged and and E 06 error code appeared. The scooter would not turn back on after this. I tried turning the key off and on and pressing the power button, but nothing comes back on at all on the scooter. I ended up kicking my way back home. What a pain. I did not see a way to contact the seller, so I am hoping they see this and respond with how to fix this error or let me know how they can remedy this situation. Willing to change my review based on how the seller responds to this review. **UPDATE:** I am currently in contact with customer service. I will update this review as this process continues. They have been quick to respond and are addressing the E06 error. **UPDATE 5-23-23** I have to say, the customer service at question@jghsport.com They responded very quickly. We trouble shot the issues with the E06 error. When email attempts were unsuccessful, they offered to send me a new battery and controller. Ultimately, I was sent an entirely new scooter. I charged the battery fully and took it for a spin. WHAT A MONSTER!! I was able to run full throttle in all three gears and in both econ/turbo and single/dual modes. On turbo/dual motor I chickened out at 48mph. The scooter performed beautifully, but that was just too fast on asphalt wearing shorts. At this moment, I have to give JGH Sport and this scooter a 5 STAR rating. They were quick to respond and were genuinely interested in resolving my concerns. I will keep updating this review as I use the new scooter, but right now, I would recommend this scooter and company to anyone interested in going way too fast on a scooter. ... show more
