This scooter is amazing and feels very durable and well built compared to my last scooter which was basically plastic. I love how quiet the ride is I don’t hear any clinks and clacks while riding. The speed and torque on this is absolutely insane. It is fast. Definitely not for kids. Setting it up was super easy and I’d say it’s worth what you pay for!!! WOW!! This thing is absolutely amazing! The comfortable ride and handle bar position make this a great commuter. The speed on hand will throw you back so make sure to hold on!! The battery life is TBD but the functionality and value for the money is obvious! I highly recommend this Scooter!

Good scooter , built well , great suspension, speed in highest mode I was able to get to 45 mph . I'm 210 lbs maybe more. Seems like it's built well and controls are easy to use . Cons, the display and headlight and signal controls feel cheap for such a beefy machine . Those items alone stand out as cheap plastic things. But they function fine and have had no issues in 2 months or riding. Also the app is not great . It's fictional but can use some work it's not very useful to me whatsoever. I use it every day so far great price and has tons of power. Time will tell . ... show more

I opened this scooter as soon as I got it home and wow, I got this thing into third gear and I got it up to 43 miles per hour. Definitely the way to go. The customer service responds fairly quickly as well.

They have assisted us in every step of the way with adjusting the delivery, helping me with issues during the adjustment of delivery, and letting me know exactly when we would receive it— beyond my expectations. This 5600W Dual Motor Electric Scooter is very fast and extremely powerful— everything I wanted and needed! It is exciting taking this 5600W 35Ah Dual Motor Electric Scooter out on the rough terrain and within town. Everyone comments on it when I am seen riding it and ask questions when I stop about it. I will continue to support this company! They stand by their products, they offered pdf instructions and help prior to it arriving via Amazon messaging and after immediately when I needed assistance and are so helpful and kind. I was also provided with instructions and pictures on how to charge it properly and when I had questions about ports I was given more pdf instructions to ensure I would do things properly. It does comes with detailed instructions book as well to help the buyer. Fast and smooth ride. Orange color and lighting stands out. At full power the range shortens quickly (<10miles at 40+ mph) but riding at the low range with my son I easily get 30+ miles at 20mph. For the price, you get a great scooter that you should take precautions when riding around in traffic or steep terrain which this scooter does well in. Be safe when riding 40+ mph, wear appropriate protective gear. Vehicles definitely get annoyed they have to drive near a scooter, so I find it amusing when I can pull away from them off the line and they are smiling when they finally catch up. With a little bit of planning, this scooter has saved me hundreds in fuel already getting to work the last 6 months. It'll pay for itself within a couple years. After 100 miles, I recently added a steering dampener which makes the experience more relaxing. I also changed to more street style tires (80/65-6 do fit) which makes the scooter quieter and more responsive on asphalt. ... show more

Beware of this Seller. Do not purchase this item is unsafe, and this 3rd party seller is most UNhelpful in providing a solution. I place many orders through Amazon for my personal use, for business use, and for other households. I seldom rate and review products. However, in this case, I believe it is necessary to share this experience. This item was not inexpensive. At the time of the purchase, the Asurion Insurance was purchased making the entire purchase just under 2K. This information will be useful further in this review. This scooter was purchased as a way for an individual to go back and forth to/from work. It is riden in the bike lane adjacent to traffic. The problem expereinced with this sccoter is with the accelerator mechanism. When the scooter brakes for a stop, it will not accelarate without being turned off and restarted. Clearly a safety issue! And the manufacturer warranty should cover this issue. The Seller is slow to respond respond when asked. So we reached out to the Insurance Company Asurion. They couldn't help because it was still within the 30 day return window through Amazon. So Asurion is a waste of money, as they just pass you back to Amazon. Amazon cannot help because it is a third party seller. When the seller finally responds their answer is 'we will give you $150.00.' And this is a most unacceptable response. So the lesson here, after wasting 2K, is DO NOT Purchase this scooter or anything from this seller. Had to rate with 1 star to leave this review - but its not worth the 1 star. ... show more
