The media could not be loaded. I feel that this chair is going to fall apart and injure me and I am thinking about getting a refund. Only a few days after assembly the screws are working loose everywhere on it (even though I made them drill tight and ensured they are very tight by hand with a hex wrench). I may get a bottle of thread locker to see if it helps the screws from backing out and update this accordingly. Also the seat is not very comfortable and the footrest does not extend too far. The fabric seems to be of a decent quality but it does build up static electricity so when you're getting out of the chair you will shock anything you touch while getting out. Also the instructions are very weak and do not explain the assembly process too well. Since I have a good understanding of how it comes together I was able to easily assemble it using the instructions. UPDATE: the chair started falling apart in just under 10 days of service. It popped loudly as I sat back in it - fortunately it didn't break all the way and cause me to break my neck. This chair is DANGEROUS and should not even be sold on Amazon. I am reporting this seller to Amazon because of such a brush with serious injury. The chair is also crooked and very wobbly on the cylinder. I have it all taken apart and now I just have to send it back.

Overall, the chair is fine. I'm usually a pretty positive person when it comes to ordering things online. The chair itself is really firm, offers good support, and is fairly adjustable. It does feel like the seat is slanted forward a bit too much, even in its most "tilted back" setting. The arm rests are hard plastic, but are fine. The footrest is not great for myself (6' tall). What was more frustrating is there was quite a bit of rust on the bars that hold the foot rest cushion. And not just surface rust, but deep rust that will eventually corrode the bar into breaking. I know this chair isn't super expensive in comparison to many gaming chairs (I'm using it for my home office, not gaming), but you'd still think an item that costs $170+ wouldn't have this sort of quality issue. I've contacted the seller and will update with whatever outcome we arrive at.

I was a little frustrated piecing it together but maybe it’s the lack of patience 🤣. I’ve tilted this chair all the way back and pushed off the floor and it never fell over on me. Sitting a long time I do start to feel it in my bottom. I like the foot rest though, I kick them out. Or even sit criss cross while gaming or doing my makeup. It transfers rooms a lot and thanks to the wheels makes it super easy. Was initially for my grandma but we grabbed the wrong one. The blue has no massage but should’ve paid more attention!

This chair is comfortable, looks great, awesome design and colors. We got the blue chair with the red and black accents. The only thing that we noticed that could be better is that the arm rests could have some cushion. Other than that, it's perfect! We got this as a birthday present for my son. He is very happy with it. He's had other chairs before, and he says this is his favorite. He says that the foot rest is very convenient.

So by all accounts it’s a fine chair, I definitely think it would be easier to put together if you had another person it does not appear to be a one person job. i’ve had this chair for a few months now and there is some kind of washer on the bottom of the chair that broke and it makes the chair a little wobbly on the top, and also the foot rest gets a lot of wear. The back massaging cushion is not really worth it but if you want that kind of pillow support it’s nice.
