Relaxation at it's finest. This easy to pop up sauna tent is perfect for my backyard or even in the house to wind down after a long day. It just unfolds and assembles quickly and has a nice sturdy frame to it and durable mesh material to keep the steam inside. When I'm finished using it, I can just unzip to air it out, wipe it down and store it for the next time.

After eating spicy hot pot, my face swelled up with pimples. I immediately went to the sauna to detoxify. It's safe to use alone at home. It has an intelligent timer function. I set it for 30 minutes, and it stops automatically when the time is up. There's no need to constantly check the time. The steam generator releases steam steadily without spraying water, and it won't suddenly scald your legs. In the 9 strong power mode, the sweat pours down. The portable frame is very sturdy and won't collapse when you sit on it. After the steam treatment, all the pores open up. Applying the mask after the treatment absorbs it extremely quickly. It's both safe and efficient.

Just received this the other day, so i can't speak to longevity yet, but will update after more use. For the price and the positive reviews I thought I'd give it a try before buying and installing a larger wood unit in the workout area in my basement. Initial impression is, it's super easy to set up, took like 15 minutes. My son and I have both used it (separately since it's a one man sauna). It takes about 15 minutes to start producing steam, but it gets hot. He did 25 minutes and I did 20 at level 9, and we were both soaked at the end and ready to get out. We both felt relaxed after. Only negatives that I can think of so far is no cleaning instructions in the manual, but I'm sure that can be looked up. I just plan on wiping it down after every use, and cleaning thoroughly when needed. The chair is also pretty small, but i put in one of my camping chairs. Also put essential oil in the steamer, and some battery powered lights so you can see in there since it can get pretty dark once the windows steam up. If this thing holds up, it's great value for the price. People thinking this is going to have every amenity will be disappointed. It does have a pocket on it inside and outside for phones etc. It's a great starter sauna. Update: After two weeks of usage between myself and my two boys, I'm still very happy with this purchase. We use it frequently after workouts, and it's holding up great so far.

I move this steamer around my room because it is lightweight enough. It is easy to set up and it works well. I added eucalyptus to my steam and its great. There are a few gaps in the zipper that let the steam out and I cover it with a blanket when I go in. Overall it works great flr the price
