Buyer beware! This item is cheaply made and will not function after a few months. Within a few months of purchasing the chair started to malfunction. It started with the lights not working and now nothing works. I contacted customer service and they were terrible. I had to follow up several times about fixing the chair. Finally, they offered the solution of a new electric panel, which then they proceeded to tell me was not available, and there were no other solutions. To pay this type of money for a chair and it to stop working but then a few months is not worth the price. My son is devastated because he really liked it. ... show more

I have had this for a couple weeks now and so far i love it. It is a heavy solid piece. Assembly was easy and quick. Blutooth connection waa easy as well. It is stylish and the lighting is fantastic, lots of color patterns to choose from. Very comfortable, saves my neck frpm how I use too play.

Build quality: Build is sturdy however the control panel screws that come already screwed in have 3/6 of them too tight and shatter the casing Comfort: Comfortably able to take an entire evening of gaming Box it came in was not in good condition at all. We really love the chair, however when we plugged it in found out it wasn’t working. So have to send the old one back hopefully the new one isn’t broken too ..
