    • Very Comfortable gaming chair!!
This review is from a 33 yr old who enjoys to game occasionally on weekends. I wanted a chair that was both comfortable and would not take up too much space. This chair fits both of those categories just fine. It is even low enough for my kids to sit in. Assembly was pretty easy, all materials needed are included. A nice added feature is the integrated speakers within the chair. I read reviews where people said the speakers were not loud enough, but let me tell you they are plenty loud for me. Not sure how much you need to bump but it even has an adjustible volume knob and bass knob. The one down side is the power cord is a bit short, so if your set up is away from a wall outlet like me, you make need an extension cord to enjoy the audio. Honestly most of my usage for this chair will be without it being connected as I just want to sit in comfort with all padding the chair has. Please note that this chair does not recline but does fold for some saving space when not in use. I think it is a great chair for things such as gaming and watching movies. When it was time to purchase a new gaming chair, we continued to circle back to this X Rocker. If you’re deciding between a gaming office style chair with a pull out foot rest and a gaming rocker style chair, pick the rocker. It’s the better of the two styles. 4 stars. Pros: ~ Comfortable (son can sit for all day gaming sessions no prob, where I can only handle a few hours) ~ Rocks and turns (make sure the tension tilt knob under the chair is turned all the way or it will not rock) ~ Good sound (I can hear it in our basement at opposite side of the house- it sits upstairs) ~ Bluetooth (have had no issues with the Bluetooth picking up the TV/phone/comp or any delay in sound when watching movies) ~ Easy and quick to assemble ~ Sturdy/good quality Mixed: ~ Price(a bit more pricey than we wanted but it’s a decent gaming chair for what you get) ~ Sits lower to the ground than other gaming chairs we’ve owned- some of us have no problem getting out of it, others it’s not so easy... ~ Cord can get in the way and if you have naughty cats who like to chew...yes, the cord needs to be plugged in for the speakers to work Cons: ~ No foot rest ~ Height and arms not adjustable ~ Not easily movable (no wheels, kind of heavy once assembled) Overall we are happy with the purchase and it’s more comfy than the office style gaming chairs we’ve had in the past. We’ve had ours for a little over two months as of May 30, 2021 and the biggest threat to it is the cats scratching, hence no pics,, but I suspect it will hold up for at least a couple years. ... show more

UPDATE: 2/17/2021 SUB IN CHAIR WAS DEFECTIVE. I HAD TO RETURN IT BUT TO BE HONEST IT WAS NOT THE SELLERS FAULT. I CONTACTED XROCKER AND THEY GAVE GOOD SERVICE BUT THE WAIT TIME FOR THE REPLACEMENT PART WAS TOO LONG. ITS TOO BAD I REALLY LIKED THE CHAIR. This review is from husband. Ok This chair doesn't have many reviews but what I was worried about were 2 things based on other reviews. 1. Comfort 2. the ability to Rock back but yet sit forward when I want to. Here is my personal experience with this chair I received it on 2/11/21. Took me about 20 mins to put together. Once put together I immediately tested it on Call of duty . The sound is really good. I could hear things , like foot steps really clear. just as good as my headset. Comfort. Im 6ft tall 230 lbs and I sat fine in it. I had room and the back was high enough to go up to my neck, so I get support and thats what I wanted. Then I wanted the ability to Rock back and forth if need be and I can do that. Someone mentioned they could not in a previous review and that worried me. People. There is a knob under the chair. Turn that and it will loosen or tighten the rocking ability of the chair. ( although it doesn't state that in the instructions),that knob you see under the chair is there for a reason. lol So in a nut shell the two things people said it could not do, it did for me. I also run it through the Bluetooth option ( My TV has Bluetooth)and it works fine. the only downfall with my chair that I noticed was lack of bass. my previous X Rocker had more, but I like the comfort of this one way better. ... show more

Pretty happy with this gaming chair. I would’ve preferred to able to recline the seat, but it’s definitely worth the price the way it is. It doesn’t come assembled, but it’s pretty basic. I haven’t tried using the sound system yet so I’ll try to update my review once I’ve tried it out.

    • This is an average chair really
It’s a gaming chair sure but it’s actually pretty average. The cushioning on the bottom seat is near to nonexistence when you sit down on it for the first time your butt will fee the rigid ness of the chair beneath you. Now imagine sitting on it everyday for a month, 6 months a year…those little cushions will literal feel like nothing and you will feel your butt ache as I have. Head rest is fine but the bottom cushion totally cancels that out since I have to get up every 15 minutes. The speakers are loud for music but not for gaming. Put Spotify on and it blasts the room. Very to no bass though keep that in mind. For gaming audio it’s super quiet. Idk why these older gaming chairs do this. I have another X rocker floor gaming chair that has the same issue. Loud on music but quiet for game audio. So don’t rely on this chair to give you quality game audio. Overall this was a waste of money. The points above tells why this chair sucks for gaming and for the price this chair is outdated. Too late for me to return it now which kinda sucks. But I wouldn’t buy. ... show more
