Works great sometimes the camera angles can be kind of weird I couldn't find SD slot for a card so it only records events. There may be an SD card slot but I couldn't locate it but overall that's weren't good the video feature doesn't seem to work that great when someone tries to call you. It seems to lag and people can't really hear you and comes through kind of distorted. But if you use it more for a camera and to look out for packages and stuff the pictures really good and it works really good for that ... show more

I like that it works either hardwired into your door bell of your home OR it'll run off its battery & can be seperately screwed on your door with the mounting plate all included (you just lose features of not stored to your existing doorbell) picture quality is great & battery last a good while. I have a dozen Wyze cameras of various models in a few locations. I went with this thinking it'd be easier to not have a separate app and get the great functionality I've always gotten... but that's not how it works. The doorbell camera is horrible. It works as a doorbell... and that's about it. It doesn't detect motion. It won't record unless it detects motion. Thus it doesn't really work as a camera whatsoever. It never works to drop in and see what is going on. It is usually unable to connect... and I have a cameras both closer and further to the router that have no problem. The battery (which I had to buy separately and got a Wyze genuine product) lasts about four days (from full to zero)... which is amazingly little considering it isn't recording and I had it turn off the indicator light and other energy-intensive features. There are some features that would be nice and I thought were included on such a device... but Wyze apparently decides that now you must pay a monthly subscription to do very basic things like record (to my own SD) for more than 12 seconds or with shorter than a minute apart. And even if I paid, it doesn't fix that it hardly ever connects and won't record nor that it fails to detect motion - like people and large packages coming to the door - even on the highest sensitivity. It really doesn't detect on the lowest sensitivity or anything between - I tried to get this thing to work. It doesn't detect or record at night - period - even with IR on. I'm not sure what to say it does do well. Yes, there's two cameras. For the brief seconds it randomly works (without motion - just random and not every day as it usually won't connect) there is OK video. Fishbowl, but OK. I've never had a problem with my Wyze products before. Now that I do - Customer service is nonexistent! I won't buy another Wyze product just because of this. The quality is going down quickly and I wouldn't want to risk it. ... show more

I genuinely love this WYZE Wireless Duo Cam Video Doorbell. After using it, it’s been nothing but a positive experience, and it works exactly the way a smart doorbell should. Setup was straightforward, performance has been solid, and the dual-camera design really sets it apart from many other options in this category. The 2K Full HD video quality is excellent. The main camera provides a clear, sharp view of people at the door, while the second camera dedicated to packages is incredibly useful. Being able to clearly see deliveries on the ground removes a lot of guesswork and adds peace of mind. Both views are detailed enough to easily recognize faces, read labels, and see what’s happening around your entryway. Battery performance has been very good. It holds a charge well and doesn’t feel like something you need to constantly worry about recharging. The battery-powered design also makes installation much easier, especially if you don’t have existing doorbell wiring or just want a clean, hassle-free setup. The included chime works perfectly and pairs easily with the doorbell. Alerts are clear and reliable, and there’s no delay between someone pressing the button and the notification. Two-way audio is clear on both ends, making it easy to talk to visitors or delivery drivers without shouting or repeating yourself. Color night vision is another strong feature. At night, the image remains usable and clear rather than grainy or washed out. Being able to see color instead of just black and white adds another layer of detail and security, especially when reviewing footage after dark. Motion detection has been accurate and responsive. People detection works well, and package alerts are especially helpful if you receive deliveries regularly. Notifications come through quickly and reliably, which is exactly what you want from a security device. Overall, this doorbell feels well designed, dependable, and thoughtfully executed. It delivers strong video quality, useful dual-camera coverage, reliable battery life, and smooth everyday operation.
