We just put in a pool and I wanted something without a cord or hose. This WYBOT fit the bill. I charged him up and tossed him in and he cleaned the walls and the floor of the pool. I have a solar spire that skims the water surface. The WYBOT has kept the bottom of the pool spotless! He runs after my pump goes off and I pull him out about 3 hours later. He is a lifesaver! No vacuuming the oool by hand. We spend more time enjoying our pool! If you have a pool you want a WYBOT. There are more expensive robots out there but I’m telling you WYBOT can do the job!

The media could not be loaded. I may have just gotten a lemon, but I wont know because I couldn't get any help from the manufacture. This unit would only go across the pool floor with the nose of the unit facing upward. It also wouldn't climb the walls either. I even put the black foam piece in for this options. I fully charged the unit 3 different times, and tried it 4 different times same thing would happen not matter what setting I put it on. • I called, got disconnected after waiting on hold. With a message that says if disconnected they would call you back. • I used the app. The app is not for US Feedback or help, they said they gave my info for someone to contact me. 3 days later still nothing. • I emailed them myself explain my issues with multiple vidoe's showing what it was doing. Their responds "The machine lifts the head to clean the filter a bit, and you can stick a floating block without climbing the wall" First it never cleaned the pool to have to lift its head to clean. Second I did put the black foam that came with it in place and it still didn't climb the wall. I guess that's what they meant but it was not very helpful at all. I even responded with that email asking for more details that was going on 2 business days now with no response. Sorry I was really hoping this was going to be a good experience. I get getting a bad unit once in a while but their customer service is horrible.

Have used my new cleaner a half-dozen times. Here are my initial pros/cons... Pros: Decent cost, no tangled cords, easy setup, easy cleanup, easy placement/retrieval, good job at covering the pool in "bottom" priority mode on a single charge. Cons: Needs more than a single charge to do walls and floor (~16x40), charge time is kind of slow (~2.5 hours), logic for wall cleaning seems to be a bit flaky. Would I buy it again: Yes

I have used it about 5 times and it works great! It does a great job "learning" my pool configuration and cleaning all the corners. It would be nice if the charge would last longer but it does NOT affect the cycle in the pool. Also the instructions could be a little clearer for installation of the blocks. It is a great price and it is a breeze to clean. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a pool robot.

Doesn't do the surface. Battery doesn't last that long. Less than 2 hours . It does a good job cleaning a very large pool in several battery cycles

This thing will hit a wall and just spin for a full minute then go right back the exact same path it came from. Will only clean 1/2 the pool (shallow end) will not got in the deep end (7'). Absolutely terrible engineering so don't waste your money! I'm just a little pissed that for $600 this is the junk they send you!

Was a lil apprehensive, but it does what it’s suppose to do. Def keeps the pool clean with the help of the cleaners of course … pay attention if you have build in seats/stands in the pool sometimes it gets stuck depending on the mood. You’re using. A quick tap out the way and it’s good to go.

Such a hassle!! It’s constantly signing me out of the app and then not allowing me to sign back in. It only works with the app. I have deleted the app and redownloaded it SO MANY TIMES. Now it’s not showing on my Bluetooth and I can’t find it on the Bluetooth. It sucks having a pool vacuum that is completely reliable on technology that is constantly going down. I wish I sent it right back after the first time. Now I’m stuck and it’s absolute CRAP
