I picked this one because of the reviews and customer service assistance. Haven't needed to contact them yet, but the set seems great for the price. They arrived in a few days, one box one day and the rest the next day. The ratchet helps assembly as advertised. The cushions and pillows do slip a little bit they included antiskid pads that help. I added a storage box at the end for the cover I bought separately and that helps keep the cushion in place with the end that has no side. Would love the option to buy just the corner seat to give an arm rest on each end of the L. Seat height is fine but the back could be a touch higher, I'm also 6' tall. Comfortable to lay on. Nothing broken or ripped when delivered. Very happy with my purchase so far!

I got this ordered for my backyard and got it delivered with in 3 days itself, Assembling took a bit more time but it was straight forward if you follow the instructions that has been given. The sofa really looks good and I had couple of parts that were bit scratchy but customer support was excellent. They were communicating so well and replaced the parts. Overall I am very satisfied with the purchase and would recommend this for your backyard. It’s worth the price for your money.

Zipper ripped soon after we assembled it and when I tried to contact through Amazon they stated it was past 30 days😞 You get what you pay for, it was cheap compared to others but spend the extra money and get better quality. We use it at a campground so it works. I'm not sure how long it will last since the zipper has already broken and we never unzipped it🤔

Loving this sectional so far! It came fast. It was fairly easy to put together. My 14 year old pretty much did it all by himself. It seems to be good quality. The cushions are comfortable. I really like the fabric on the covers and the fact that they can be removed and washed. We did have a cushion cover that came with a broken zipper, but the seller quickly responded by sending a whole new set of covers which was amazing! We’ve only had it a week, but so far the only downsides I have seen are that the low back is a little uncomfortable for my taller family members and the seat cushion on the open end slides easily. We’re mostly using it to lay down on, so those things aren’t dealbreakers for us. For the price we paid, I would say this sectional is well worth the purchase.

UPDATE: Seller send me a new cushion and problem has been resolved. I am really happy on how fast they resolved the issue they were really fast with response as well. Ordered 7 piece set but one of the coushins did not inflate all the way , I don’t know the science behind the inflatable couches but no good for almost $700 paid

I love this sectional. Super versatile. Fits great on my porch. One of the pillows in box 1 was incorrect. I had a back pillow missing and an extra side pillow. Contacted the company and they were quick to respond and send the correct pillow. Arrived quickly.
