A lot of the lower star reviews seem to be dead on arrivals, which can happen with any product. I am sure the company took care of them and fixed the issue. As far as the camera itself goes, it’s been great. The quality of video is awesome. I am coming from using Wyze products since they hit the market. I will honestly say, after a few weeks with wuuk, you can expect a lot more reliability over Wyze. I had no issues setting up, the load time to view the live video is 3 times quicker and also works with our Google home screens without any issues. So far, I am proud to say I am happy with this purchase (along with the other items I’ve purchased) and planning to buy a few more to fully switch over. Be sure to install an SD card as it is pretty much a must have, unless you are wanting to pay for the cloud service. Overall, don’t look elsewhere. You found the budget cameras you were searching for! Super excited to see what else wuuk will come out with in the future. Would love to see a home security system and once activated (alarm triggered) it would have all cameras record until alarm is turned off. Also, wuuk! I've been using this camera for almost a year now and honestly, for the price point, it's one of the best deals out there. Recently noticed the lens got fogged up on the inside somehow, which was affecting my picture quality. Reached out to customer support and WOW - they got back to me super fast! They gave me some troubleshooting tips to try first, and when those didn't work, they just sent me a brand new replacement camera. The new one arrived in like 3-4 days. Their customer service is absolutely amazing - you can tell they actually care about their customers. Really hope they keep up this level of service because it's honestly what sets them apart from other brands. Last spring my crawl space was visited by a black racer snake, which evidently was in hot pursuit of mice. The mice eventually made their way into the house. Even though I sealed one outside pathway into the crawl space and dealt with the intruders, I needed an early warning system. The WUUK wired camera was easy to set up in and add to the WUUK app on my phone. I immediately began receiving a clear image of the problem corner of the crawl space. I have it set up that if any motion is detected in that area, I will receive a notification. For peace of mind, I have three other WUUK cameras set up outside. Update: Last week, I received an alert from the WUUK camera for motion in the crawl space. Sure enough, it was another snake. The snapshot feature of this camera is handy, as per the attached that shows the snake entering the frame from the lower left. This camera does the job! ... show more
