Our machine at first had a sock blocking the filter. I removed that but then it kept throwing a code at me. After some brief research I saw that the pump seems to be the problem if the Code error is continuous. So I found this pump and model at the right price and ordered it. It arrived on time. In great shape. Honestly couldn't believe how cheap it was. Very easy to install. Plug and play. And it was up and running in less than 5 minutes. No need to call a plumber.

UPDATE: Warranty replacement pump is now four months old and working as it should! UPDATE: I received the warranty replacement pump on Friday, 11/12/2021. I installed it directly after receiving it, and the replacement works as it should. UPDATE: I received a very quick response from customer service. They have offered to replace the non-working pump. I asked for expedited (hopefully OVERNIGHT) shipping, as we have dirty laundry piling up! I will update with shipping speed, when I know. UPDATE: Pump worked fine for just over 4 months. It is now non-functioning. I have contacted customer service for a warranty replacement. I will update this review with a response time and outcome, as soon as possible. ------------------ Although not an OEM manufactured pump, this pump seems to have been made to identical OEM specifications. It was straightforward and easy to install, which was the exact reverse of the removal of the non-working pump. There are no leaks and the pump is currently working exactly as expected, from a new replacement pump. The cost was very reasonable and shipping was one-day, lightening FAST!
