I purchased this lift for an 1200 pound item, which it had no problems lifting. The box was damaged on shipping and pieces were missing. I wrote the seller and explained what was missing and they had no problems sending me the parts that were missing within a few days.

The jack is very cheaply made , if you pulling anything heavy maybe bigger than a 2.4 4cylinder if get something else , unbalanced and bulky as well. Bolts aren't marked making it hard to assembly

When I purchased this, I did not look close enough at the details/pictures. I assembled it, but did not use it for a while. When I finally got the chance, I found that it wouldn't roll very easily at all with weight on it. The front wheels are on solid mounts. Because they are at an angle, they are fighting the whole time. Very hard to move with weight. They should have been swivel casters, like the others. Also, there is no handle to hold when moving it! Hope this helps someone from the same mistake of purchasing this product. I should've looked at the pictures better! Not a usable item! Waste of money!
