I was so sure that something on this order would be wrong but it was the complete kit like advertised. I'm surprised UPS delivers such heavy packages. Instructions aren't great, there's a few videos out there you should definitely watch first. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND installing your toilet seat FIRST before you set the base onto the rough in. Overall toto is a great toilet. Installation took about an hour, mostly drilling the holles in ceramic floor. Works as a charm. Love it, but one thing to note the height of the toilet is 15 inches vs the claimed 16 and 1/2.

    • Don’t buy! Monster of a thing to install
Absolutely painful to install for an experienced plumber. Took a long time and pain to install the toilet and the seat. May look good but not practical. We needed to buy extra tools and screws to make it work. Will not buy again.

I had a contractor install TOTO toilets. It took him about 30-40 min to complete the installation. I have been using it for two months, so far it works great. It's super easy to clean too.

The media could not be loaded. I bought 2nd same toilet from Toto first no problem works great,second came broken very inconvenient to sent back the should asked for pictures and just replace

The media could not be loaded. Spent a lot of money because Toto is a respectable brand. Then the first flush happened (see video). Water level rises to the top then flushes, took 6 seconds. Sent the video to Toto support and they said that this is normal for this model. See for yourself. I dumped my brand new Toto's and got a $200 Home Depot toilet that flushed way better.
