The chair was easy to assemble. Shipping took a bit, but it arrived safely and intact with no damage. It says it is a plus size chair and I am 6’4” and I weigh around 290lbs. I have a long torso and the back of the chair is adequate to compensate for that. The lumbar support and neck support could be better, but again for the price it is definitely worth it. The arms feel a little springy towards the outside when you are sitting in it. The height adjustment is good. When I lean back in it I feel safe and without worry that it will break. The footrest is not useful to me at all. For a chai built for larger people it is insufficient. It doesn’t extend far enough to be able to put my legs up and it does not feel sturdy enough to hold the weight of them either. That is really the only thing that lacks on this chair and needs to be addressed. ... show more

I love this chair. First gaming chair I’ve owned so I can’t really compare to others, but it’s so comfy. assembly was super easy. Even has the foot rest that can come out if you want to extend. I can’t speak for heavier weights or large heights but for a 5’4 150lbs person, this is great. I love the pink color too. The base is one piece, unlike others', which have spoke-like things that you have to attach before inserting the castors. Assembly was very smooth. I contacted customer support because the chair sat too low for my desk. I was pleasantly surprised by their communicativeness and willingness to help. Needed a new chair that wouldn't be too expensive as I have the misfortune of owning 3 cats that use everything as a claw scratcher but the claw scratcher. Chair is easy to assemble and very comfortable. Did come a little late and has a small puncture but was small and easily coverable.
