I have 2 18 inch gold and silver chains; that have silver dollar sized medals, that hang from each chain. I had used the clasps from both chains to fix someone elses jewelry. I thought I guess I'll need to buy new chains for my necklace medallions. Then I ran accross these which worked perfectly. They are very sturdy and the magnetic clasps is strong. Not too strong you have to pry them apart but strong enought to hold an 18 inch necklace with a silver dollar sized medallion hanging from my neck. The gold and silver blend in perfectly with the chains. This is an original idea for me that saved me from buying 2 more chains.

So far, I have used them on a bracelet and a necklace and they made it a whole lot easier. Seems it adds length to the bracelet, it makes it almost too big to use but these are the smallest I could find. Magnet seems pretty strong and held up fine while in use.

These double magnetic necklace clasps are great! Having two clasps, it takes care of the problem when the lobster claw clasp no longer works/holds. Plus, the strong magnets make the neckace easy to put on and take off without worry of losing the necklace. I would purchase again!
