The 450 PSI – 40V Hydroshot Portable Power Cleaner is the beefier version of the popular standard Hydroshot model. With 130 more PSI (Pounds per Square Inch) and twice the battery, you get a stronger, high-performance, power washing machine. If you get your SUV or RV really dirty, this is the tool for you. If storm season leaves loads of mud and grime on your decks and driveways, this is the power washing wand for you. If you’ve seen or have the standard Hydroshot and thought, “this is pretty cool, but I want it to be stronger,” this is the Hydroshot for you. Even with all those PSIs, it only pulls 0.90 GPM (Gallons Per Minute). And it only weighs 5.1 lbs, so it’s easy to hold up for long stretches. This model comes with: two 20V 2.0Ah Power Share batteries, 2-Amp Dual-Port Charger, Long Cleaning Lance with 4-in-1 Nozzle, 20-foot Draw Hose, and a Quick-Connect Adapter. There are stronger pressure washers out there, there are even Hydroshots that pack a more powerful punch, but this is the right-sized version for the right jobs. Traditional pressure washers have a separate power source attached that you have to lug around. Not this Hydroshot. Power cleaners that are more powerful than this one can damage a vehicle’s finish or strip the paint on the deck. The media could not be loaded. This is the second Hydroshot that I own. I also have the original which takes one battery. This one is about 50% more powerful and takes two batteries at a time. I used the original at both lake house and home residence and would take it back and forth. Leaving the original at the lake and will keep this new one at home. This is even better than original as it is more powerful. IF you think these Hydroshots are the same as using a gas powered high power pressure washer, you will be disappointed. Most of those are 1800 PSI, and this is 450 psi. A garden hose nozzle is around 60-80 psi. I find this to be about 5x to 6x more powerful than a garden hose nozzle. What this doe great is clean up patios, porches etc. especially after pollen season, great for washing cars, boat, motorcycle, cleaning out garage floors, etc. I love it and is one of the most used tools in my garage. I love this little, but powerful, tool! I've only had it for two days, but I keep finding new uses for it around the house. Don't expect it to have the same power as a pressure washer, but it did a great job cleaning the grime off of my cement patio. It's way more portable than a pressure washer because you're not limited by a hose- you can also use it with a bucket of water. I felt safe washing my car with it, it made the job go by a lot faster than the old fashioned way. I'm very impressed with what this guy can do! The washer worked well but batteries only lasted 30 minutes. Thought I could buy 2 more batteries but it seems duplicate batteries are discontinued.

    • Quick, easy and efficient!
The product is quick and easy to use and very does the job efficiently. It beats hauling out my larger gas powered power washer. Even though it produces less psi, it actually makes it safer to use since there is less likely the ability to tear up what you may be cleaning though one should still be careful. So far I have used it to clean the siding of my house and deck and have easily transported it to a friend's to do a similar job. I would recommend purchasing another set of batteries, which I did, since battery life can be short when performing larger jobs. ... show more

    • very low battery duration
I was going to return this but have not yet, wondering if I can find other uses for this. If your thinking about using this to power-wash your sidewalk / walkway / stairs in the early spring, which was my main intention, be aware that the pressure needed requires you to use the 15 degree angle setting or lower to have effective power. In this setting, it takes FOREVER to complete even just a section of the brick stairs in front. Even more, the batteries on full charge only lasted about 15 minutes of continuous use, and so I had to allow the batteries to recharge another 3 hours or so before I can use it again to work on the job again. This is terrible, but understood that batteries shouldn't be expected to last that long when providing that kind of power. I would consider buying a power washer with an electric cord for things like that, not batteries. I will consider instead using this to rinse the patio furniture quickly on mornings that I plan to bar b q or something, although seems like a complete waste of money in that case. I have seen videos of people using to wash their car, I would say however that as soon as you bring the tip of the wand more than 3 inches away from the target, there pressure quickly drops to almost nothing. This requires you to be very close to the washing target using a very narrow angle, thus the long time it takes, and the lack of battery to complete it. UGHHH, shouldn't have cost this much.     • DEFECTIVE BATTERY AND AMAZON SUPPORT WAS COMPLETELY CLUELESS
I used the device once. it worked well but one battery shorted out and actually burned. I contacted Amazon customer service and they said they could take care of it. Next thing you know, I have a return label for the entire unit and they were shipping a new one. I live 40 miles from the nearest UPS drop and I tried to explain to 2 separate people, I only need the battery. I finally gave up and purchased 2 new batteries. What has happened to customer service?? Not good! ... show more

    • Not worth the money!
I've had Worx products in the past and loved them so when I saw the WORX 40V Power Share Hydroshot 2X20V Portable Power Cleaner I was excited. My first issue was the lack of written instructions...just sketches in the manual. Ok, I got past that but next was the 90 minutes to almost two hours to charge the batteries. That would not be too much of an issue except that the charge lasts only about 20 minutes, not enough time to do even a relatively small job. The real downside was that even on the narrowest setting there was never enough power to clean the pavers on my lanai. It took the 20-minute power resource to clean an area of about 5 x 10 feet. And the nozzle had to be only a couple of inches from the surface to do the job. I have a nozzle on my hose that does just as well without the time limit. Lastly, with two batteries the wand is rather heavy. All in all, it might be ok to wash your car but then why would you spend $200 just to wash your car. ... show more
