Features

  • [FAST, CLEAN CUTS] This cordless 20V PowerShare chain saw is as fast and powerful as anything in its class. And with no gas and no cord, theres much less muss and fuss. Please fill the oil tank with chain oil before using the chainsaw. Then, run the chain for a few seconds without cutting to help lubricate it better, oil is sold separately.
  • [AUTO-CHAIN TENSION] The automatic, tool-free chain tension system ensures youll always have the correct tension for the job at hand
  • [SAME BATTERY, EXPANDABLE POWER] The same battery powers over 75plus 20V, 40V, and 80V lifestyle, garden, and power tools in the Power Share family
  • [AUTO-CHAIN LUBRICATION] The automatic chain lubrication system not only makes for smoother, more efficient cuts, it extends the life of the tool. And the oil level indicator lets you know exactly where you stand
  • [COMPACT, LIGHTWEIGHT] It weighs 6.2 lbs., about as much as a 2-Liter bottle of soda. Youll work longer, with less strain
  • [A FAST CHAIN SPEED] 12.5 ft/s. will tear through any reasonably sized log or branch. That speed, combined with our auto-tension and auto-oil systems, and the overall lightweight design, makes for one smooth saw experience
  • [PLENTY OF JUICE] These are the same batteries we use on our Jawsaw and in our lawnmowers. Theyre powerful enough for those, and powerful enough for a chainsaw

  • Happy customer!
It's effective, does the job quickly and easily. It is lightweight, which for a couple of seniors, is a big advantage. My husband has been trimming overhanging branches with it and it works like a charm and is easier than the loppers. We has also bought a weed whacker or trimmer, that was Worx from another source. Also lightweight and very good. Pleased with our choice and would consider more items from this brand. ... show more

  • A Great Mid-size Chainsaw!!!
This is a GREAT mid-size chainsaw. I just love it!!! This 10" saw is lightweight and very well designed and constructed. Easily controllable and safe to use even for a beginner like me. Great power and cutting ability - I had absolutely no trouble cutting down some 4 to 6 inch diameter halekoa (fairly hard wood) trees on a sloping hill behind my house. Love the easy oil fill design and oil-level window. Love the heavy duty plastic cover guard on the blade and the way the saw blade tension-adjustment mechanism was designed - very user friendly. I also love how smoothly and easily the battery slides and clicks into place. It's also very quiet to operate - no hearing protection necessary. Easy to clean. Great safety features. I highly recommend it! ... show more

  • Nice little thing!
I have been using this little saw for about a month now. The first thing to note about is that the battery only lasts a maximum of 15mins if used intermittently and about 10 mins continuously. For this simple reason, this saw is for very small and basic jobs. If you intend to fell down a tree and cut it up to firewood piece sizes, consider another saw. Another downside is that the charging takes likes 5 hours to 6 hours if the battery was totally worn. Its a bit annoying if you have a job you want to finish. you wait for so long and then in 15 minutes the juice is gone again. In my opinion the 20V 2AH battery is the worst part of this little machine. That said, the thing can cut up to 8 inch diameter tree with little sweat. My chain has gotten blunt really fast though. I think it could help to sell these things with a chain sharpener file or whatever they are called. I would also encourage one to buy one with the 40V battery or at the least buy 2 batteries. Its very light so anyone can operate it. The chain oil gets swallowed but not as fast as some people had put it here. Overall for the price and for all its worth, its still a practical machine. I also like the fact that it has a good warranty which means its a sound machine. My only problem is what I have mentioned before. Battery power too short while taking too long to recharge. If any of the 2 can be changed, I would give it 5 stars. ... show more

  • Big results in a small tool.
Have several WORX tools and they are all awesome !!! I was able to cutdown a pair of 12 tall apple trees that had become covered in fungus. as well as a 12 ft tall privet tree. Battery provides descent amount of use on single charge. The tool itself is well made and very durable. Tree stumps were 6 to 10" inches wide and this tool handled them well. Chain stays tight for repeatedly good cuts. Cleans easy. Did find some oil leakage that I haven't been able to figure out why it happened. But otherwise, this is a great tool. Very light weight and easy to handle. Lack of noise makes this much nicer to work with. ... show more

  • I like this so much I won't let my husband use it!
Excellent product! I've always been uncomfortable around chainsaws, but this one is just the right size, easy to work with, is not noisy, and is easy to maintain.

  • Easy To Use
Great little chainsaw . Got it for $107. Amazon prime deal! Not the best for power, but gets the job done. Easy to use just put in the battery and go. Hope it last.

  • For small jobs only
I like the versatility of the powershare battery and that this tool came with the battery and charger. This chainsaw is small and is intended for cutting small branches less than 4 inches in diameter. It cuts well but not for long, the battery runs down fairly quickly. If your cutting needs are significantly more than just around yard trimming and cleaning. Get the bigger saw that puts out more voltage. ... show more

  • Better than expected.
Neat little chain saw for fire wood around the camp. Reasonably quiet. Worx has yet to disappoint.
