This is really good for cutting small branches. Fairly easy to use, the trigger interlock should be relocate to a more accessible spot. The Charger died after two years and it was an adventure into chaos and what seems to be consumer fraud on the part of Asurion. After speaking with nice lady at Asurion, the company would not replace the charger as it is an accessory. Never mind the fact that without the charger, batteries go dead and the tool is useless. Go figure. The contract does not even mention charger and simply states that mechanical and electrical parts are covered. Sounds like Bait and Switch; fraud... So going to Worker's website , I find the product support page. No parts catalog, No product manual. I filled out the Contact Us form where I explained in gory detail the problem; hit the send button and a pop window written in Katakana appears. No idea what it said but I hit the button anyway. Asurion you have gotten the last of my business, This is second time your contract was as useful as a greased pig. The first was a defective replacement phone with a $100 copay, not in that contract either. I recommend not buying the insurance through Asurion.

The saw is my second piece from this brand and I am very pleased with it. First thing to discuss is the price. It is very reasonable compared to other premium brands. I have not used any other brands yet so I can’t make a comparison, however, I don’t feel like I will need to replace it with a more expensive brand. The saw is comfortable to hold and use. I find that the safety button is easy enough to reach with my index finger of the hand I’m using for the trigger. There is enough room on top for my other hand that I am comfortable with it in proximity to the blade. It is easy to maneuver and lever the saw while using it. The saw does have its limitations based on its size. It obviously doesn’t have the power that my 18” gas powered chainsaw has but it is suitable for the jobs it’s made to tackle. It’s not a very fast cutting saw, but I never had it bog down either (I never actually tried to press enough to test it, I used the same pressure I do when using a larger gas powered chainsaw). The batteries hold charge for a good while. I got far more run time from this saw and it performed better than my battery powered compact Sawzall (Milwaukee brand), the Hacksall, for yard cleanup after a hurricane dropped tree parts, branches up to 5” diameter, all over my yard recently. The one thing I would like to have changed on the tool is the angle between the bar and the grip. The angle is sharp enough that it sometimes feels awkward to attack some vertical stumps, though it was not really cumbersome when cutting down horizontal branches or cutting branches on the ground. I definitely would recommend the tool with the understanding that it is not a big chainsaw for cutting down trees, it’s a gardening and yard tool.

Highly recommended A beautiful hard case come with it with already 2 full change batteries ready to go. I originally was wondering this small mini chain saw performance, but I am wrong. I cut few wood very easily with little effort. Great. Light and easy to use. I highly recommend every household has one. This tool is very women friendly!! It is also very safe. I am not handy woman and hate tool and DIY. But I love this mini chainsaw. It is affordable. I may consider to buy another for my family!!

I could not find a chain replacement for this model. I reached out to the company via email, and they told me that it’s out of stock for 3 to 6 more months. Of course, I can buy a new one, but why would I want to? I think I’ll go for a different brand. This is the reason I consider it a once and done pruning saw.
