I love the adjustments on this chair and the fact the back moves as well as the arm rest too! I'm so grateful to find a comfortable chair. I don't necessarily call it the most comfortable 10 hour day chair but hey I'm not sure anything is still comfortable after that long anyway.

I tested several chairs in person before sitting in this one and knowing instantly that it was the one. The seat can slide back and forward which is necessary to customize the positioning. Additionally, the lumbar support on the back of the chair is easily adjustable up and down to help support for lower back. The heavy yet cushioned seat makes this the ultimate chair for anyone who has to sit for several hours at a time. Having been through several high end chairs to find this one, I highly recommend. You won't regret it! You can also test one out at any office depot.

I was looking for a chair to use working from home. I tried several office chairs that were supposed to be comfortable and supportive, and I returned each of them...until I got this one. I have problems with my lower back due to mild scoliosis, and this chair has excellent support there. It can get rather warm sitting in my home office all day, so I wanted a mesh back -- but mesh can be uncomfortable. In this case, the mesh isn't harsh, and I haven't really noticed anything unpleasant. The seat cushion has a good level of firmness: it's soft enough to be comfortable, but firm and contoured enough to provide needed support. With all of the adjustments on this chair, it was very easy to make it right for me. (Adjustments include seat height and depth; armrest height, depth, and angle; backrest height; and backrest lock/unlock. Backrest tension is not adjustable, but the automatic mechanism works great for me.) Assembly was easy for one person. For reference, I'm 5'8" and 150 lbs.

I have had this chair for a couple years now. It is really nice to sit in. The main selling point for me was the different ways of adjusting the chair. Great to sit for hours without pain. Price is a little steep though. I bought mine on sale for $400 but would not feel like such a good deal at $600

My office chair at work is a Herman Miller Aeron chair and I was looking for a chair for my home office come that comes close to it in performance without the fear of my kids and pets messing up an expensive chair and this one for me was the ticket. Now I purchased my chair from OfficeMax locally as its on sale now for $379. I recommend you stop by your local store and give it a try as I found you really need to sit in the chair you are planning to purchase than go by reviews alone.

I am 6'0 240lbs, 38 waist and my thighs rub when I walk. [Just for reference sake] purchased from OfficeMax for 473 in late January '22. The chair was great for the first two months. Recently noticed my tailbone hurts after I get up. I shake my leg often and it rattles the arms and the seat base. I had to slide folded slips of paper into the grooves to minimize the arm rattle. I thought the arm cushion was fine. Personally a little short for me, so I bought memory foam covers, it's great now. Back support was great in the beginning but now the mesh is much looser so I don't feel much other than the plastic frame. I wish there were more positions for the back to recline. I usually feel most comfortable in-between two lock positions. I have found the seat-back to rock in a north-south axis as well, or rather it has too much play for my tastes. The seat is fine it's not "comfortable" but I can sit in it basically all day with minor tailbone pain after standing. I tend to 'man spread' and when I do, my thighs press against the plastic around the seat. However, if I sit with my legs together, the only irritation I get is my tailbone. Although something is off, I can feel the chair having play in a 360° area [I assume] coming from the seat base or the piston. It's like I can lean any direction and the chair slightly rocks, like the bottom weighted inflatable kids toys "that never falls". Perhaps I'm too heavy, because I can't replicate it when I am not sitting down. I would definitely go for the version with a headrest. I found my head pushing forward, slouching and shoulders rounding forward with my upper body, dispite the 'contoured' area at the top of the seat [where it flairs out just a tad]
