I brought the item based on its product description and was excited to it. But, big disappointment upon receiving it, the product is cheaply made except the chair, the hoses for connection are barely 1 foot, and everything else is poorly made, the remote doesn’t work, and the steamer is made of cheap plastic and feels like it could break easily, I’m returning it.

My husband and I are happy about this purchase. It’s easy to set up and takes about 5-10 mins to heat up. Heat level is just perfectly fine for us. Really convenient to have a mobile steam room in your own house.
