These screens were a great value and they came to me in a timely manner. I have yet to print with them as I have been working on projects that have other screens that I have been using. The frames on these screens are only 1" thick as compared to my other screens which are 1 1/2" thick. I am not sure this will make a difference as they look well constructed.

When I opened the box on arrival, I saw what looked to be mesh held with aluminum tape. I then stopped unpacking and went back to the reviews, and that’s when I saw the videos and pictures from others. It wasn’t just me!! I immediately boxed it back up and looked at the return policy. The return end date was the same as my delivery date!! Needless to say, I returned it immediately. I know these screens probably would have worked for a couple print jobs, but I feared they would come apart after cleaning plastisol ink, using emulsion remover, degreaser, and all that water being pushed through the mesh at high psi. I was trying to cheap-out 20 bucks and try something different. I shouldn’t have because it ultimately cost me and my customer an extra 2 days. ##Buyer Beware## I posted a couple pics in hopes of helping other printers.

Most screens have a strip of glue around the inner edge of the frame, which reduces the usable amount screen space by up to ½” in each orientation. This product has usable screen right up to the edge of the frame.

Screens usually last me about 6 months to a year but these screens were ripping or loose after only a few uses

The mesh on these is loose. It may be usable if you're only making one pass but we all know that's not reality. the screen also has cheap metallic tape over the screen glue. I feel very uneasy about using a screen without knowing what the glue quality is, especially when the mesh is already loose.
