Great little nesting box. Good price. Pretty good quality - sturdy wood. Nice design. Use the directions on this Amazon page as there are no directions in the box. There are no pilot holes drilled for attaching the sides to the bottom. If you have a drill, use it. I used a finishing nail to make a hole but wasn't able to get the screw all the way in. I used my own phillips head screw driver but it was still tricky to attach the sides. The rest of the pieces went together beautifully and the pilot holes made screwing it together easy-peasy. Nice nesting box made of solid wood. Reasonably priced. No instructions but easy to figure out by looking at the pictures of it on Amazon. I painted mine and will cut a hole on our smaller hutch, screw it to the chicken run side so it will be under cover and add a door to the front for gathering eggs. ... show more

Great little house and easy to put together if you’re handy with a drill. We got it to use as a shelter for our new baby chicks and their mother hen when they feel like resting during the day so they aren’t on the ground.

Why is this the cheapest coop? Because it’s cheaply made. There were missing screw holes and the perch on the front arrived broken and splintered. There are no instructions, but the photo on this page is enough to get the general idea. A nice little nest is included, which is great, but otherwise it’s a pain to assemble without those drill holes. ... show more
