Fast delivery and took me about 20 minutes to put it together. Very simple instructions and appears to be pretty good quality. It is shorter than I expected however I didn't really look at those measurements when I ordered. It gets really hot up to 150° in about 15 minutes and for the size is pretty comfortable for me and and I am 6 foot tall 220lbs. It doesnt take very long to sweat out bad decisuons Very impressed with it and the price.

At first didn't get too hot, but after a few times gets hotter. Works well to get a good sweat going. Build is a bit tricky for one person but only took 45 minutes to get everything put together.

I’ve been using this single-person wooden sauna for a while now and I’m very happy with it. The wood feels solid and well made, not cheap or flimsy at all. It gets hot enough to actually make you sweat, which was my main concern before buying. The size is perfect for one person, comfortable to sit in without feeling cramped, but compact enough to fit in a small room. I use it mainly to relax, relieve stress, and help with muscle soreness, and it’s been great for that. After a session, I feel relaxed and refreshed. For the price, this sauna is definitely worth it.
