I’ve purchased several shredders in the past year. This is by far the best shredder ever. It doesn’t get hot very fast, needing a long cool down period. This machine even survived shredding a half-dollar coin that was accidentally inserted. I get a lot of mail that has odd objects in the envelope and sometimes I miss an object or so. Previous shredders were destroyed after a coin got caught in the machine. This one does it’s job really well! Great product!

Wheel size is too small making moving from room to room a chore; operation is quiet, excellent shredding. I use for multiple sheet shredding and I like the way it works. Accomplishes all my shredding tasks in the office well.

I love to write a great review when deserved. I put this shredder to the test and was amazed how fast it went. I had approximately 700 papers to shred and it was done in 45 min going non stop. It didn't overheat or smell. I am very happy with this purchase and I recommend to all. The best shredder I've ever owned in my small office.

I received this shredder and it came in a new box with a small booklet and plastic bag around the cord. When I looked at the shredder it had obviously been used and returned. There was something on the side of it that looked like food or poop and there were shreds of paper in the bin. It was advertised as new but definitely wasn't.

Supposed "HEAVY DUTY" 18 page at the time shredder STRUGGLES to shred 3 sheets. Catch bin is undersized and requires emptying often due to its small capacity. Definitely not worth the money it cost in my opinion.
