This great wok is very well made. It heats a generous amount of food evenly. Comes with a solid wood handle that’s very easy to securely attach. Just follow the instructions to season the wok. WOW! I Love my wok. This is my Go To cook stop pan. I cook for my household and this is the pan I use daily. Heats evenly, quick and with far less heat source applied to get the food to the desired temperature and the sear is Excellent! Plenty of surface area for a family of 4 when preparing anything. It also works great with my steam basket. Performance on Gas and Electric cooktops is great. I have not used this wok on Induction cooktops to rate it but all in all My preference is GAS cooktops. Chefs out there don't ever allow the eradication of gas appliances in any workspace, commercial, home or camp ware. I rate the SnowClad wok 100% satisfaction. This is one of several SnowClad products I use daily. Cleanup is simply cleaner than my other Professional cookware and quicker as well. What an amazing value for your money this walk has such good amazing quality. It hits even lead through throughout and it is such a good addition to your kitchen. It really helps with my cooking time as it speeds things up since it is evenly heated. The design is so pretty and sleek and reminds me of a modern walk but has the qualities of the old ones. Why did you pick this product vs others?: I wanted to replace my old wok, I have an induction stove, and carbon steel pots works great, I researched for some time, had several brands in my cart, then I narrowed it down to three brands, I picked this one because it met all my specs I was looking for,, it had a simple wooden handle, it had a flat bottom, it no chemicals for non stick, it was naturally non stick, it was carbon steel, perfect thickness, value for money, and it has a beautiful glass cover. I have cooked in it several times already, and the non stick is an absolute must have when making Chinese food, stir fry. Or making Korean Gyeran Mari, and Tamagoyaki. I am well pleased with this Wok, hope to be using at least 2 twice a week for main course meals. It's well balanced in weight for comfort, cleans easily and the quality makes it a long stay in my kitchen, highly recommend.
