You’re definitely not going to be training for a power lifting comp with this but it’s great for a casual home workout. Limited range of motion on the cables. Don’t plan on doing anything overhead from the lowest cable setting. For the price it’s much better quality than I expected. Love that it fits both 2” plates and smaller plates. My old set up has the small plate holes and I don’t have to waste them all when the bumper plates get here.

I give the WM3‑V4 Folding Squat Rack 5 stars. I love it. It is solid and feels safe when I rack weight. It saves a lot of space, which is why I bought it. The folding system is smooth once you get the hang of it and makes it easy to open when I’m lifting and close when I need the room. The dual pulley system is better than I expected. The five adjustable modes let me do most cable and functional trainer exercises I need. The pulleys glide smooth and don’t stick. It is not full commercial grade, but for a home gym it is more than enough and feels strong. Assembly was quick and easy. Once bolted to the wall, it feels solid and doesn’t move. Overall, this rack covers squats, bench, pull‑ups, and cable work in one setup without taking over my garage. For the money, space savings, and quality, I couldn’t ask for more.

Intentionally waited to write a review for this. My wife & I have used this rack pretty religiously the past 7 months, & for the price you seriously can’t beat it. I’m 6’3, 200lbs and lift more than the average person. From every workout I’ve done - this rack has held up pretty damn good! Obviously there is going to be things that aren’t perfect, the cables broke on me early on (just the rubber fell off) - but the supplier sent me replacements free of charge. The J hooks it comes with aren’t the best, but I bought better ones for $20 bucks. The pull up bar is skinny, I had to tighten the hell out of it doesn’t move - but hey it works & has held up! Definitely worth the money if you want a really good option without breaking the bank. The Landmine attachment has been an absolute game changer and has been pretty durable as well. All around super functional rack and I cancelled my gym membership because I can do everything I want with it!

The gym is great. Assembly instruction not too bad. Mounting to a cinder-block wall was a huge pain in the A. The mounting screws/sleeves are terrible. They can easily fall back behind the wall as they slide apart from each other when they should be threaded. Had to do some extra prep so they would hold in the wall while sliding the gym into position and then do one section at a time so the mounting screen didn't fall through the sleeve behind the wall. Also one of the screws they sent was the wrong one and I had to go to ACE to find a replacement costing an extra $6... Other wise it works and the price was better than most.

Great purchase manager to save some room to the cable is not smooth but it was expected for the price I’m extremely happy the only complaint for me is the J hooks but is more of personal preference
