SHIPPING: Sturdy box. No messy styrofoam. Each piece nicely wrapped in bubble wrap and easy to open. ASSEMBLY: 180 tiny nuts, washers, etc. in a box. 180!!! And 1 sheet of instructions that was poorly printed. I called Amazon. Manufacturer sent link to new instructions. Same problem. Ended up using the video assembly in the Amazon ad. Video is only a couple minutes long. It moves way too quickly. Had to keep rewinding to see what parts the demonstrator was using. Assembly took way too long because of these problems. The bolt covers are a good idea but some tended to fall off. I tapped them on with a plastic hammer. QUALITY: The holes for the bolts line up perfectly. The 180 parts are nicely machined. All the parts fit easily on the bolts. Table and chairs are very nicely painted. Pads on the feet turn to adjust for surface differences. I purchased the set in white. Very well-made, lovely set now that it's finally together!

Love the bistro set. Very pretty and sturdy. Assembly was not bad. The four shorter screws are for the bottom section of the arm which was not clear in the instructions. Also some of the bolt covers didn't stay on, I used a small piece of electrical tape on the bolt which kept the cover on.

Sturdy, solid, and fashionable. Looks great w/an umbrella, buy get the smaller size umbrella, it will fall over w/strong winds. Caution: Chairs are made for medium to short frame people.
