I purchased this five-piece patio set, and on the day of delivery I only received two boxes containing the loveseat, table, and two armchairs. I was very upset because the sofa was missing, so I contacted Amazon. They explained that the shipping description was incorrect and that the set would arrive in multiple shipments. The following day, the third box arrived with the sofa, completing the set. Once everything was assembled, I was very happy with my purchase. The material is high quality, the color is beautiful, and it looks fantastic on my patio. If you only receive two boxes on the first day, don't panic. The third box with the sofa will likely arrive the following day, just as it did for me. The only reason I'm giving this set four stars instead of five is that the seat cushions are quite thin. They're adequate, but I would probably replace them with thicker cushions to make the seating more comfortable. Overall, I'm very pleased with this purchase and would definitely recommend it. ... show more

I can't even convey how upset I am about this purchase. I bought the 5 piece set which in the product specifications says it comes with 1 sofa, 1 loveseat, 2 chairs and 1 coffee table and would arrive in 3 boxes. I received 2 boxes and have been missing the 3rd box for days now. When I contacted Amazon the 1st time I was assured the 3rd box would be delivered the next day, it was not. I then contacted Amazon again and was told that my delivery was marked completed. So now I really don't know what to do. They are not offering a refund at this point so basically I have paid Amazon $600 for the 5 piece when I could have spent 1/2 that and bought the 4 piece for the same outcome. On top of this all I was prepared for a lower quality patio set but this is bottom of the barrel "wicker". The holes don't line up when putting it together and it's incredibly tiny (which is only great for my kids). Buyer beware with this one for sure!! ... show more

**update 9/10: company replaced all cushions and advised not to leave out in the rain. Well, then don't advertise as water resistant because they're not. The sofa piece started to leak rusty water and stained my outdoor rug. I bought a cover for it. I would have been better off spending the money on a better set. Cute set for small, covered balcony. No fraying of the wicker. **Update 7/9: At this point almost all of the cushions are beginning to show areas of mold. NOT waterproof. I'm working with the seller right now to hopefully replace them and will update when I hear back. I still like the set I will just be sure to cover or bring cushions inside at the end of the day. Be warned.** Overall I really like this set. Our deck could handle a larger one but with little kids and dogs, it's a great starter set before we're ready to shell out more money. Because it's smaller it's not the most comfy for me (5'9") or my husband (6ft) but not uncomfortable by no means. It's was pretty easy to put together. There was one piece on the sofa that the holes weren't aligned correctly so I had to ask my husband for help (which took a bit longer than we'd like), but I did almost all of it while watching TV in about an hour and a half. It feels very sturdy I love the table. It's short, but that is obvious with a smaller set. The glass on the table is actually black which I personally love! The rattan itself is very pretty with a really nice pattern. The cushions on the other hand? Awful. The absolute worst! We bought and put the set together mid-May. Even after Scotchgarding the cushions three of the seat cushions no longer repel water and actually fill with water. Water still pools on the top so I have no idea where the water is getting in but it takes forever to drain even upright in the sun. Two of the three that fill with water are getting mildew on them. The cushions are not remotely comfortable anyway and slide when you sit on them so we were planning on replacing next year but it looks like we'll have to replace them now instead. Disappointing but not surprising at the price point. I'd rather the cushions be poor quality than the rattan. The pieces are otherwise in great condition and we plan on bringing it into the basement in the winter for longevity. ... show more
