I received my necklace in December but I had surgery so I was unable to get it on. I put it on today. It's absolutely beautiful. The quality is great. It fits perfectly. The value is well worth the price. I just started wearing it so I will update in about 2 weeks. But the look and feel is amazing. I would highly recommend getting this necklace.

I was skeptical initially .. honestly bc there were so many options 😅 but I don’t think you can go wrong with any of the fonts or colors you can truly create whatever piece you want! Its 100% preference. It’s at such a great price point that there’s not too much regret if it’s not quite what you want. BUT THATS NOT THE STORY I LOVE IT ♥️ Thinking about getting some made for birthdays and holidays for “nana” or “granny”. I was also thinking about a “USC” one for my cousin who is graduating HS 😇 I love that you can make whatever you want!! Endless possibilities!! The shipping was fast, got it way sooner than I expected. To be able to create something this pretty and dainty for under $20!!! What a gem. The quality is steadier than I expected but I would still be careful with it. It also has a few adjustable links to adjust the length. 12/10 would recommend!! Do it, NOW!! Okay byeeee 😘

Went with the stainless steel just in case I didn't like the product. Save yourself the effort and upgrade to sterling silver if you can. Trendy, affordable and easy to read. Doesn't pull my hair like other necklaces. Too soon to tell if it will fade, color I got was silver. No discoloration yet and I have had it for 4 months when writing this.

I got this necklace with my son’s name on it. When it arrived it was more copper colored than gold, the discoloration and dingy-ness just got worse and worse. I took it off to sleep and shower as the instructions say to do and the color still tarnished. They advertise that it’s tarnish resistant which isn’t true at all. Not the mention the super cheap material it feels and looks like a gas station necklace. I’m on day 7 of reaching out to the seller asking for some kind of refund. They’ve asked for a picture which I provided, they’ve asked for multiple pictures since then as if something in the picture is going to change? Then they said they could give me a 10% refund which would equal to a $2 refund. 100% would not recommend this necklace or anything from the seller.
