Setting up was easy after someone with sharper eyes read the teeny type. So far, it's loud enough and having several receivers makes sure all levels of my home are covered. Flashing is really little use unless you're nearby. We now have one ring for our main door and one for downstairs. There's enough variety to find something for almost everyone, ranging from classical to folk and country. Only two complaints: the quality of the two-sided tape is poor. I'll have to replace that in short order. The other problem is not making it clear that the US delivery is plug in (AC Power) only. Instructions for batteries (DC power) are included, but battery powered receivers are not provided. I had wanted battery operated for more flexibility on where to install them.

Easy to set up, within minutes, longer if you're playing with the extra sounds or light show. Not wanting to wire up a doorbell for a house I purchased 2022. It is not super loud, but enough to get attention, the light show could be little brighter, but for what it does, let's me know I have visitors. I'm nearly deaf, using one button at the only door I use, saving other button as spare or later go on other door. I keep one ringer at my computer, one in basement workshop, and 1 more not used yet. Each button will play a different announcement sound/lights to indicate which door to answer. Got my money's worth!

These units have good range. I have 3,300 square feet and placed 3 receivers at each end of the house & garage. They all receive well. I did have a little difficulty getting the units to stay on the ring tone I preferred but finally got them to work. Overall, it was a good purchase. Update 6 months later.....The door bell button started working only intermittently, so I switched to the second button that only worked a while, then became intermittent, as well. Going to switch to a Ring door bell cam.
