Worked exactly as advertised. Extends a doorbell notification back to our pool area. It works, get it.

  • Try it before your return window closes!!
Style: 1Video doorbell extender 1 Chime
We waited for a warm day to do this. Connected to the wired doorbell per the instructions provided as well as watching a few videos. Turned the power back on, no LED came on, but it got VERY HOT to the touch. You could smell it. Immediately removed it before it fried something. Needless to say it did not work with my Nest 2nd gen wired "Hello" doorbell. Missed the return window by 2 days, so out the $. Probably going to use the Alexa app to connect to a speaker. ... show more

  • Nice product
Works well, loud enough in the warehouse and storefront. Really good distance, even through walls. Still trying to figure out the changing of ringtones, but works really good

  • Simple and easy installation and programing...
I already had a wireless doorbell system that my brother had gotten and installed for me years ago, but it was starting to not work properly, so I started searching for a replacement. After researching all the different brands and types of them, I narrowed them down to three brands. After more checking ratings and reviews I decided that the Physen Model CW Waterproof Wireless Doorbell Kit was the BEST choice because of the price (didn't notice price till final selection) and the range and a lot due to the many many positive reviews. The three receivers and two buttons were the perfect match for my home. Installation was extremely simple and easy and quick. I had it all installed and programmed in about an hour. If that sounds like a long time, it probably will be for most people, but I am disabled and in a wheelchair and did it all from the chair. Programming is SUPER EASY. The four levels of volume are great (I use the loudest volume since I am deaf in one ear), But the flashing blue light is always there in case I don't hear it sometime. I think the hardest thing involved with all of it is deciding which of the 52 different chimes or music to use. Being able to program each of the two buttons with a different chime from each other is a huge plus also. My biggest surprise was that after I decided on the Physen Doorbell Kit, I realized that it was cheaper than the others. But this kit is by NO MEANS cheap in quality... ... show more

  • Not using it as a doorbell, but I like it!
First, let me say that I am NOT using this as a doorbell. A family member is about to have a medical procedure which will require a lengthy convalescence. So, I was looking for some kind of signaling device. For $40, you get 2 buttons and 3 receivers. Perfect for this application. I scattered the receivers through the house and put one button in the upstairs bedroom and one in the bathroom. Works perfectly. You can select 4 volume levels, and the top one is pretty loud. You can get more buttons and receivers if you need them. Buttons come with a battery, and the receivers plug into the wall, so everything you need is in the box. Seems reasonably well made. Programming was easy, if a bit tedious. There are 52 "ring tones" and you need to select a tone, and pair EACH button with EACH receiver. That gives you a lot of flexibility, but it does take a few minutes to accomplish. So far so good. I'll revise the review if anything fails or I uncover something I don't see now. Reading the other reviews, it looks like the company is pretty responsive, so I'm optimistic. ... show more

  • Super product by a super supplier !
The product arrived quicker than I expected and was a breeze to install. Its super having a ringer on each floor and being able to quickly move one when the grandchildren visit - to be quiet or to ring in the back yard when we play outside. WE had the house pressure washed and before long one of the push buttons stopped working. It is supposed to be water proof but its possible that the person who pressure washed exceeded the water proof properties with a direct blast. I reported the failure to Amazon and PHYSEN responded quickly and efficiently - we were able to confirm that the unit could not be salvaged (good instruction supported with a Youtube video!) - all this within 3 days and they then kindly agreed to send me a new push button as a replacement. I wish all companies were as good as this ! ... show more

  • Good enough, but not great
We ordered this to replace another wireless doorbell whose buttons had rusted and whose range was poor. That doorbell used mechanical ringers. This new doorbell is a big improvement, in a few ways. The range is much better (buttons on two doors and bells on three floors and all reliably work, at least right now when they have fresh batteries). It's nice to have doorbells in the places where we need them, so we always hear them. It's nice to have the bells plug in, out of the way, and not need batteries or dedicated wall space. The buttons seem like they'll hold up in the weather. There are some things that were basically the same, but still good: sounds that are unique to each button, and fairly-easy setup. On the other hand, there are some downsides. First, the sounds aren't great. They are reasonable-fidelity, but not great. Most of the sounds are electronic-sounding versions of famous songs/jingles - and they go on for a while. Some of the sounds are just dumb (dogs barking, but it doesn't sound real; a siren; and so on). There are maybe 6 "bell" sounds, and none of them sound as good as real mechanical ringers (lower-fidelity, and they don't trail off like real ringers). We ended up picking two of the bell sounds, for the two doors - and really those were the only two sounds we found acceptable. If it hadn't had the two we picked, we would have ended up returning it. And then the remotes have the brand name on it. That's clearly visible in the product pictures, but once I put it them on my house, I realized how garish they were - we're essentially paying to buy and put advertising right on our front door. That's probably my biggest frustration - it's tacky. On balance, we're keeping them; they work, and the price was low, and maybe I'll try to cover up the brand name. But if there were an option that had higher-quality sounds and no brand on the buttons, it would have been worth twice the price. (Note that I haven't tried contacting the seller about any of these issues; they seem more like design flaws than something specific to our particular order.) ... show more
