Update: I want to update my rating for this company to a 5 STAR Review due to the fact that they reached out to me with great customer service. Not a lot of company’s reach out to their customers but HEELXN did and I do appreciate that!! They arranged to issue a full refund for my order directly due to the issues I was having. Not only did that do that for me BUT they also mentioned no need to return the whole unit back to them so that also saves me time and money driving to a UPS Store!! Another reason I changed my rating was that they offered me an Amazon gift card as compensation! We finally got our own backyard for our dogs to run around and play so we don’t need this type of unit at this very moment but If I needed to get another wireless fencing or If I had to recommend a company to a friend for a wireless dog fence… this would be my go to company due to the amazing customer service I was given. This company went above and beyond to make me a happy customer and in the end this was a grate experience although my unit might’ve came defective… I definitely understand that sometimes these issues can happen and technology isn’t always perfect on each individual product… :) I am one happy customer!! ________________________________ We bought for two of our big dogs that kept getting out of the backyard fence when we went to work. The collars kept dogs in the fence but the dogs would ball up in one spot in our backyard majority of the day and would rarely leave from that area unless they were thirsty, hungry or we were home. We had set up cameras to see how dogs were doing with the collars on. We tested both collars for a good couple hrs before actually placing them on the dogs the first couple days but seemed dogs weren’t enjoying themselves and were more scared to move around the yard then to just be dogs and enjoy themselves. My advise is to test them out in your yard for a couple days before just trying them out on your pets. Set some sticks up or markings so you and pets know where boundaries are set for the invisible fence. We’ve had them for about a good 10 months now and we probably used them for a good 3-4 months but don’t use them anymore because of the experience of sensitivity shocks the dogs were having. Sounds would be going off whether or not they were walking or chilling. Maybe we had a defective set from the start… idk but at this point I’m feeling like it was more of a waste in money instead of a help.

Updated to reflect a one star rating. One of my collars stopped working. It would randomly start beeping and now just won’t charge at all. I was told I had a warranty on these collars and the system but I have sent countless emails only to be ignored. I should have just bought a petsafe system and bypassed this. There’s a reason it’s so cheap compared to others. Sure it works if you can get it to last longer than a few months. It annoys me the most that I was promised an extended warranty for “registering” my system by emailing them, only for them to be MIA when I need to replace a collar. Will not be purchasing again. I was very impressed with the customer service for this system. Almost immediately after I emailed the company they had replied and addressed every question I had. I purchased 2 collars along with an extra collar, and the pairing was seamless. I also appreciate the extended warranty! In a world where a lot of times customer service is lacking, I was very happy with them. We live on a farm and this allows me to let the dogs hang out outside without worrying about them chasing cows, or wandering too far. Everything works perfectly and my dogs got the hang of how it works really quickly.

I have only had this a little over a month (just enough time for the return window to close) and it’s no longer working. The battery life was good, the collar fit both my large dog and my puppy, it was a great way to keep them on the property, until it wasn’t. I have it set for something like 100 ft (it didn’t come with instructions, so I’m guessing based off the product video) and the last two days with the collar and transmitter charged and on, my dog just snuck off, never even beeping him. I believe a refund is well deserved if the product is going to stop working just after the return window closes, especially for over $100. Now I have to go deal with a wet, dirty dog.

Nice design and fairly easy to operate. However, it randomly alerts the collars for no reason including sound, vibrate and shock. My dogs are so afraid to leave my side I can barely walk without tripping over them. Sometimes it just starts shocking the h*ll out of them fo no reason so I'm scrambling to get the collars off of them while them while they are jerking around from the shocking (it does not stop in a few seconds as described). You can't just turn the transmitter off because that immediately causes the collars to beep, vibrate and shock my dogs. My dogs are so freaked out now I may never get them trained with any containment system. They may need psychological help after this! I took a chance that I had a defective unit and requested a replacement which Amazon sent out right away. It worked no better than the first one so I concluded these systems are plagued with those problems. The Amazon support agent I spoke with was already aware of the random shocking problem. The second unit is on it's way back for a refund. Sad, I really needed it to work to keep my dogs out of the road. In a way it did that because they are terrified to leave my side... Also none of the charging port covers will stay in the ports and the mylar decal covering the on/off switch is paper thin and peels off with no effort at all. Oh, and I could never get the max range over 200 feet even with no obstructions. It claims an 800 ft max range. Not sure how this thing gets such a high rating...
