Update: I want to update my rating for this company to a 5 STAR Review due to the fact that they reached out to me with great customer service. Not a lot of company’s reach out to their customers but HEELXN did and I do appreciate that!! They arranged to issue a full refund for my order directly due to the issues I was having. Not only did that do that for me BUT they also mentioned no need to return the whole unit back to them so that also saves me time and money driving to a UPS Store!! Another reason I changed my rating was that they offered me an Amazon gift card as compensation! We finally got our own backyard for our dogs to run around and play so we don’t need this type of unit at this very moment but If I needed to get another wireless fencing or If I had to recommend a company to a friend for a wireless dog fence… this would be my go to company due to the amazing customer service I was given. This company went above and beyond to make me a happy customer and in the end this was a grate experience although my unit might’ve came defective… I definitely understand that sometimes these issues can happen and technology isn’t always perfect on each individual product… :) I am one happy customer!! ________________________________ We bought for two of our big dogs that kept getting out of the backyard fence when we went to work. The collars kept dogs in the fence but the dogs would ball up in one spot in our backyard majority of the day and would rarely leave from that area unless they were thirsty, hungry or we were home. We had set up cameras to see how dogs were doing with the collars on. We tested both collars for a good couple hrs before actually placing them on the dogs the first couple days but seemed dogs weren’t enjoying themselves and were more scared to move around the yard then to just be dogs and enjoy themselves. My advise is to test them out in your yard for a couple days before just trying them out on your pets. Set some sticks up or markings so you and pets know where boundaries are set for the invisible fence. We’ve had them for about a good 10 months now and we probably used them for a good 3-4 months but don’t use them anymore because of the experience of sensitivity shocks the dogs were having. Sounds would be going off whether or not they were walking or chilling. Maybe we had a defective set from the start… idk but at this point I’m feeling like it was more of a waste in money instead of a help.

Updated to reflect a one star rating. One of my collars stopped working. It would randomly start beeping and now just won’t charge at all. I was told I had a warranty on these collars and the system but I have sent countless emails only to be ignored. I should have just bought a petsafe system and bypassed this. There’s a reason it’s so cheap compared to others. Sure it works if you can get it to last longer than a few months. It annoys me the most that I was promised an extended warranty for “registering” my system by emailing them, only for them to be MIA when I need to replace a collar. Will not be purchasing again. I was very impressed with the customer service for this system. Almost immediately after I emailed the company they had replied and addressed every question I had. I purchased 2 collars along with an extra collar, and the pairing was seamless. I also appreciate the extended warranty! In a world where a lot of times customer service is lacking, I was very happy with them. We live on a farm and this allows me to let the dogs hang out outside without worrying about them chasing cows, or wandering too far. Everything works perfectly and my dogs got the hang of how it works really quickly.

Ordered this as a replacement for my other. My dog is a fence jumper so she goes on adventures. Setup was easy. Although perimeter measurements still throw me off and it keeps randomly... it works. My dog listens and stays where she should when it's turned on.

We bought these collars for our two dogs who have been escaping our yard and they have worked so well for training them! We have used them in the electric fence mode but also in training mode for training them with things like staying off furniture, etc. They are super easy to understand and use - not complicated at all. And we've only used the shock button once - after that, the beep warning is all it takes to alter behaviors. One of our dogs did come in with a broken latch on the collar but I emailed the company and they said they would be happy to send us a replacement. All in all, so far a great product for us.

It took some time to figure ot out, then found that the collars weren't working. They would beep and vibrate, but wouldn't shock. Contacted CS, they immediately said they would send out 2 replacement collars. The base charged fully the first time, but once it needed to be re charged, it wouldn't charge. Think it was a short in the charging port. Contacted the seller again. They hadn't sent collars yet, so they just sent me a whole new set. On e we received it, we got it set up and programmed, and has been working fine. We just use it on one of our dogs, as she is an escape artist. It took a few times for her to know to run back to the house to get the shock to stop, as opposed to running further away or trying to hide. The base and collar will beep randomly, which puts my dog on full alert. We're to the point ready that we only turn it on when we leave, take it off when we're home, but at night (her favorite time to escape) just putting the collar on without turning it on, works just fine for keeping her from leaving the yard. Great, prompt, customer service, they stand behind their product and make sure you have a working unit. Product works great once you get it figured out. Would recommend for anyone else not wanting to hassle with installing ground wire.

We bought this product for our outside pup who lives in our heated garage but can come and go on our 30 acres as she pleases. The range of the product is what made me finally decide to purchase this item however, the walls of our garage and our house prohibit the signal from reaching her collar. We tried the transmitter in several locations around our garage so she could be in the garage and roam our yard outside but when she was outside the garage with the transmitter inside, the collar would go off just 30 yards from the garage. It's supposed to go a length of several hundred yards. I contacted the company to let them know we are having issues with our house and our garage structures blocking the signal. I sent them a Google maps picture of our property where we were having issues and they said unfortunately that yes, the walls would block the signal. One of our other dogs got the collar off of her and chewed it up and the company actually sent me a brand new set at no cost period even though it was at the fault of our other pup. Although the product doesn't work how it needs to for our purposes, the customer service was absolutely fantastic and completely responsive and a good time frame. The remote feature on this device works 100% perfect. Again, the wireless fence does not as the signal gets interrupted by walls. After using this product for several weeks, the transmitter malfunctioned two nights ago. It showed completely charged as I had charged it for several hours. I unplugged it from the charger and it went dead and it showed one bar of battery. It began making the caller shock our pup. We got ahold of her and got the collar off of her. The transmitter would not come on after several attempts. Finally it did and I plugged it in again and it looked like it was charging. I don't know why it malfunctioned but I'm just glad we were home when it did so we could get the collar off our pup. Asking company for a refund.

Transmitter does link to collars, and the collars work as advertised, but automatically shuts off after 5 minutes. Spent a few hours trying to troubleshoot to learn they shipped a dysfunctional transmitter. My story: A shame since their older model worked well for years until we got a new dog. Got a new collar, the new collar wouldn't pair with the old transmitter, so we then bought this new (broken) transmitter & collar to just replace the old model entirely. Ok sure, tech needs updates sometimes. But now we got a pile of unusable new collars.

We tried a few different solutions to training our puppy. We live in a rural area but are on a very busy road without a fence. We live on 1 acre and putting in an invisible fence would have been very expensive. BHCEY Wireless Dog Fence has been a great solution at a great price. This saved us THOUSANDS of dollars and we love the option. The perimeter setting is great and our dog will not go anywhere near the road. When we go to a dog park our dog will not go too far from us. This is also a great training tool with the beeping, vibrating, and shock settings has taught her to stay close and listen when called. My family highly recommends this as an all around option for your dog.
