This is a real instrument, not a toy. And it includes all you need: the Uke, a case, cleaning cloth, strap, tuner ... OMG, more things than you'd think to get if you were buying everything separately. My musical husband pulled it out and tuned it by ear right away, then started playing. I'm not so gifted, so I am learning to play it. When you need a lift, this is perfect because it puts you in a beachy state of mind when you hear the strings sing! And the lilac color is so me! I love this - One of my favorite presents to myself!!

This Ukulele is a cute product for a beginning player. I am a beginner so it is perfect for me. I am enjoying learning to play this instrument but my fingers kind of hurt from pressing the strings to make the notes. I will continue to practice with this and maybe upgrade to a more expensive one. But, for the money it is a great product for beginners.

A decent beginner set with a playable ukulele and a nice case, although some of the other sets in this price range come with spare strings and an instrument that has a button strap. You may end up wanting to buy different accessories and/or choose different instructional materials. It seems like the main reason to choose this ukulele in particular is the way it looks, which is pretty unique, and is in fact part of my reason for getting this item (through Vine). The good: - Sounds decent and is playable. No sharp fret ends on mine, though a couple stick out a bit. - Has 15 frets! Some soprano ukuleles only have 12 frets. More frets = more playable notes. This is one of the better things about this specific ukulele. - Pretty nice gig bag. The zipper pocket on the front is gusseted, so it has more room than the flat type that’s common on soft bags. It fits all the extras that come with the ukulele and also has room for other things, like spare strings. - Comes with a working tuner and some other accessories you may or may not use. Note that the chord card and the strap instructions are printed inside the folded “Winzz” tag. Don’t throw that away and miss those things! - The design is cute/cool. Since it has a nonstandard appearance, it might fit your personal taste, a costume, etc., better than a traditional ukulele design. The nitpicks: - The picks are guitar picks and really shouldn’t be included. Most ukulele players use their fingers or felt picks, which sound less aggressive and won’t wear out the nylon strings as fast. I would have preferred to see spare strings in the set rather than these picks. - The neck strap is okay, but it won’t suit everyone’s needs or preferences. For me, it’s a tad too long to provide support at my preferred height when used as directed (worn around the neck with the strap running around the back of the instrument). When I put the loop part around the headstock so the strap goes around my body (see photo), it’s better, but that won’t work for everyone, either. I ended up buying a separate strap with a double hook because it felt more comfortable. (You could, of course, install a strap button and use a button-on strap.) - The free lessons require you to put in payment information before you can access them, since “free” means you get a code for the first month of a subscription service. - The tuner doesn’t come with a battery. It needs one CR2032 coin battery. The battery installation instructions say multiple times to make sure the polarity is right, but they don’t indicate which way is right. My battery is installed with the positive side facing out of the battery compartment. - The gray paint is lighter in person, a pretty neutral shade nowhere near the charcoal-ish color it looks on my screen. I think it looks better that way, but you might not. - The wood on the bridge and fretboard appears sanded but otherwise unfinished. (The headstock and the back of the neck do have a satin finish.) Overall: Not a bad set and you can definitely learn to play on it, but if I were personally just starting out with ukulele, I’d shop around and check out my different options before deciding whether I wanted this one.

This Ukulele is well made, and the color looks great. It comes with a variety of accessories and its own case. Not very good at playing yet, but it is pretty neat, and I like all of the extras that it came with.

I bought this as a decoration piece for my daughter. I got the Ukelele because my daughter wanted it to hang it like she saw in her friend bedroom. It is a nice touch to the bedroom.
