Both shovels in this combo arrived defective and could not be assembled. On one shovel, the handle will not insert into the head at all—the fit is excessively tight and the holes do not align. On the second shovel, the handle inserts, but none of the screws will bite or thread, leaving the handle loose and able to pull straight back out. These are not user errors or assembly issues. The components appear solid visually, but due to manufacturing or tolerance defects, the product is functionally unusable out of the box. The attached photos show the exact issues encountered.

This is the best $100 bucks I've spent, was skeptical dropping a hundred on snow shovels…. Im 28 years old and have been shoveling snow since i could remember just going around the neighborhood trying to make a buck. Its been sub 20° where i live and my driveway was full of 2-3” thick ice underneath the snow, the pusher shovel cleared the ice like nothing and the 24” shovel handled the heavier stuff with ease, i cant believe how well these performed. 100% would recommend

Had an issue with the blade. Contacted business and immediately shipped a new one. Cannot recommend them and their customer support enough. Great quality product as well that works in a cold climate with a lot of snow.
