I ordered the snowblower on Saturday and they had it out for delivery on Sunday. I ordered the 24inch auger. Sunday morning I tried to cancel and upgrade to there 28incn auger, Which was a lot more money, but they had already sent snowblower out. But I'm happy with what they sent, was able to assemble easily, haven't used yet, but I'm ready for the snow, and looking forward to using it this winter. I bought this last summer & used it this winter. Living in a state that gets dumped with a least one snowstorm in the winter & living in a field with no concrete, sidewalks or driveway, I was hoping this machine could handle a lot of work. Having one storm under my belt using it, I am very happy with it's work. I am a 65yr. old woman with arthritis in my hands, I am so happy with the simplicity of how it handles.
