They arrived with obvious surface scratches on the seats straight out of the box. Not a huge deal since we have kids who will eventually put their own marks on the chairs but it was annoying receiving something new with obvious defects.

These are well made stools. Definitely worth the money. I just bought them for decor to add shelving etc. I purchased the white/natural stool. It is a nice looking stool and very sturdy. I would purchase this product again.

I ordered the wrong size and asked for return/exchange but had to pay for that myself. Yes, my fault, but not worth sending back items if return shipment cost about 50% of price. The stools are becoming a bit shaky only after a few weeks of use. The somewhat awkward assembly is part of the reason. I miss IKEA. ... show more
