Lots of space for both wine and beer. Temperature controls seem spot on. The wood shelves on the wine side of the fridge elevates the look. Shipping was fast and customer service preemptively reached out to emphasize the importance of letting the fridge sit for 24 hours prior to powering it on (the same instruction was in the manual, but the message helped me take that instruction as more important). My only complaint is that this fridge is a bit louder than I was used to with a smaller fridge, but with that said it makes about as much noise as my refrigerator in my kitchen, so I may be being over sensative.

I've had this unit for a couple of months now and I'm very impressed with it. First, let's start with its size: I am 6 foot three and I cannot see over the top of the unit; in other words, it's a tall unit with a very impressive look. Secondly, as compared to the wine fridge that I replaced, there is more than sufficient space for all the different types of bottles that you ordinarily would have in a wine collection. The problematic Pinot Noir bottles don't seem to be much of an issue as the spacing between the racks is sufficient to keep the bottle labels from scraping the rack immediately above it. One pleasant surprise that I had not anticipated was the depth of each shelf. Each shelf is nicely deep and is more than sufficient for alternating the direction of the wine bottles as you know you need to do on these racks. I really do not feel like I'm squeezing the bottles in tightly together in these racks . They're just seems to be a lot of space. Thirdly, the unit is very quiet. I was a bit concerned with a wine fridge this large that it would be constantly humming and making a droning noise. Ours is located in the room I use as an office and it is not annoying at all. The fridge as designed has a door that opens from the left, left to right. Given the space I had to work with, I really needed the door to open from the right to the left. Fortunately, you can reverse the direction of the door by rotating the door "upside down" and anchoring it on the left side. While the door works perfectly well in this revised orientation and seems to be designed to be reversed, you will lose the ability to lock the door at the bottom; your lock will be at the top of the unit where there is no corresponding latch. For me, that's not a problem, and I'm happy with the fix. To clarify, if you need the door to open from the right, and you need the door to lock, this will not be the unit for you. Finally, as to delivery, it was delivered as promised, and in one piece, and with no damage . The box, however, seemed to fare poorly during the delivery. By the looks of some of the tears in the box I was certain that the unit had been damaged or the glass had been broken. However, there was no damage. So how do I feel about this purchase? I am very happy. Of course, I have no information as to the durability of the unit. These are said to last anywhere from 4 to 6 years. I sure hope it last longer since it was not inexpensive. If I think of anything else, based on my experience, to add this to add to this review I will update the review in the future. In conclusion, I do recommend this unit and I do recommend this vendor.

Fits about 140 of our bottles, which are much larger than the standard Bordeaux size. Sound is incredibly silent. Temperature stays consistent with a half a degree variation. The only negative is that the top shelf started to bow slightly in the middle and it's not even filled fully. All the other shelves are perfect.

Bought the 190 bottle unit. Delivery was FAST! Build quality appears decent upon initial inspection. Compressor is quiet, cooling appears sufficient with recovery being quite quick upon loading the unit once installed and running for a day. Make sure to let it sit for 24 hours after delivery as the manufacturer states. Four stars versus five as only "standard" 750ml bottles fit easily on the majority of the racks (these "standard" bottles are your typical mainstream red wines such as Cabernet's). Thicker glass Pinot Noir and some Rose bottles as well as your typical Champagne and sparkling wine bottles will only fit on the top or bottom of the 190 bottle unit. This fitment issue seems to be common on this size unit. If you are looking at these larger 24 inch wide tall wine fridges, they all appear to be made by the same or similar manufacturers. Time will tell for longevity... I will be back, as usual, to update should my experience be anything less than stellar. Service after then sale is key on a large $ purchase of a wine refrigerator such as this one. 07052023 Unit is still working fine. Please pay careful attention to the size of the unit being reviewed when making your selection. Higher reviews by vine are much smaller units that were provided gratis.
