This seller is awesome! We had some issues with this. Ordered this in June of 2023. FedEx lost the package and the seller sent another one a week later. My kids love this basketball hoop. They loved it so much that 18 months later the backboard cracked and started breaking. I messaged the seller asking if they would replace the backboard and they just sent us an entirely new hoop setup! Took 3 days to get to us this time. My kids are thrilled! Absolutely outstanding service!

The media could not be loaded. This is the second basketball goal that we’ve purchased, and here are our thoughts so far. + Assembly is simple as long as you follow the instructions. It took about 30 minutes. + we like that the height is adjustable and it’s a good size for playing. + it works as expected and and is fun for the whole family. + it’s much easier to move around than our other one. Base isn’t too heavy. + it looks nice and we love the red/white/blue net. + it doesn’t seem as stable/sturdy as our other goal. As you can see in the video clip, it shakes a bit when the ball hits the backboard. We’ve only had it a few weeks, so time will tell if it will hold up. So far we are happy with the purchase.

Bought this for my 13 year old daughter so she can practice at our home! Set up was pretty simple. Love the height adjustment. Makes it a family oriented sport. The quality is THERE! Solid and easy to roll and move. The triangle at the bottom base is very nice to store the ball. My daughter is so so pumped. Watch out WNBA, my girl is coming your way! Also, the time for delivery was perfect. Love being able to get on here and get products so fast. The cost of some of the hoops-the shipping was as much as the product-some $200. Right there Prime is saving me so much! This is a great investment and I will definitely look to this company for more sports products.

Do not buy this product. I bought this back in 23 in September and I take very good care of it, even though it's outside and within a year, the main support bars that attach to the base have rotted out or rotted out completely and basically broke the basketball goal so Now I'm at a basketball goal and they don't sell replacement parts for this thing, which is very odd, because a lot of the parts on this thing, rust out and the backboard is not shatterproof I have a crack in mind, so warning to customer, don't waste your money even though the price is cheap, they won't replace it and they have no replacements for it. So I guess they expect you to buy a new basketball goal every year and a half to 2 years from them but by your own risk

This was a good hoop. Assembly was ok. It looks nice. It’s easy to adjust up and down. Feels a little wobbly at times. After a couple years the backboard broke though. I’m considering replacing it with the same one because the price point is nice. I would give it 4 stars but the backboard broke so I’m giving it 3. Not a bad hoop though. Update: after posting this review I was contacted by customer support and was given a partial refund which I used to purchase a new one. Same good quality. I’ve changed the review to 4 stars because they were willing to help.

My husband just assembled this in an hour to an hour and a half by himself. He said that the written instructions weren't very helpful but that the video on how to assemble it was very useful. This hoop seems like a quality product. I will update this review if necessary as the kids use it but for now, it looks great, has a breakaway on the hoop, a quality good sized backboard, a regulation size hoop, and seems sturdy enough. And contrary to what some of the other reviewers are saying, this hoop is adjustable to many different heights with there being 4-inch increments between the adjustment holes -- HOWEVER, you must get out your wrench and remove and reattach the bolts to adjust it (see accompanying photo). It does not slide up and down quickly/easily. Yet, for us, we prefer the sturdiness of this design and don't need to change the height again anyway until our son is older. Also, please note, that as we have the hoop pretty low right now (maybe around 6 feet), we are only using one of two sections of the middle pole that holds the hoop. When we eventually want it to be a lot higher than it is now, we will use the second section of the middle pole as well to extend its height options.

Was looking for a family present when I found this, so I decided to order it. Here is what I found: 1. This was for my daughter’s family. The fact that the height is adjustable has been great so that even my 4 year old grandson can play without getting too frustrated! LOL 😂. When it is at its full height my son-in-law and daughter have a great time playing. 2. The ease of assembly allowed my daughter to do this while her husband was at work and surprise him with having a play ready hoop in the back yard when he came home. 3. The two kids, 4 and 6, play with it constantly since it has arrived. It is steady and there is no fear of it being unstable with them playing. Turned out to be a very much appreciated and used gift which is what I was after. So, I am very pleased with it at this point and I would recommend it as a great alternative to video games and a way to keep the entire family involved!
