I purchased the lock and followed the installation instructions. However, once the batteries were installed the lock repeatedly said “initialization successful” over and over about every 15 seconds without stopping (in English at first then Chinese), the lock was not recognized by my Bluetooth, the lock settings were stuck on Chinese as the language (I wanted English), and would not change the door direction from left to right. Tara in customer service did a good job trying to help me but the problems with the lock could nit be corrected. She said the company would send me a new lock, which I appreciated, but I chose to decline the offer and return the lock for a refund. I also found the time difference between me in the US and customer service in China to be cumbersome. ... show more

It's a bummer this stopped working 6 days after I could return it. Batteries are good but the key pad is hard to wake up and every time you press a button for the code it double enters that number.
