I bought these because COVID-19 has my gym shut down and I needed something to keep working out. They are very sturdy and come with a door mount (it has a loop at one end and a foam “knot” at the other and you simply close any door with the knot on one side and the loop on the side you are working out on and you have an anchor point!). They are each labeled with their resistance rating in lbs. and have sturdy rings and clips at each end. After playing around a little, I was able to establish a workout routine that is surprisingly robust. While they aren’t a replacement for my gym weights, they are a great and inexpensive alternative. I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 because they really should come with two sets of handles. It is a bit annoying to have to constantly move the bands around one single set of handles. I solved this by purchasing another set of handles from Amazon and now its perfect. ... show more

I ended up needing to be in physical therapy and I bought all the stuff I needed for when I finished to continue everything at home and these work amazing. They have different handles and the material isn't cheap so you don't have to worry about them snapping. It has different poundage for each band for tougher resistance.
