The quality is very good even after a few washes it still doesn’t stretch or the color fades. It’s really comfortable for heavy weight lifting and cardio workouts I would recommend them.

Let's keep it real!! The shorts are comfortable. I don't think they will be very durable because the stitching is just there but not suitable for active clothing. The 2 shorts pockets are not deep enough to hold anything in there while active. The inside side pocket is the same! Not deep enough to hold my phone while active. It will bounce right out. The compression short inner layer is not compression but more like boy short underwear. For walking and maybe some resistance training their okay. Just check your pockets every time you get up from sitting or reclining if you stored anything in your pockets. Sizing runs a little small. For the price I guess I'm not surprised, but more expensive shorts will be needed for active activities.
