Purchased this air-fryer because our old air-fryer's heating element quit working. And we are all glad that it did quit on us because it allowed us to get this great and versatile Whall air-fryer oven. The oven is easy to use and has plenty of room to cook enough of what we want for a family of four. In our old air fryer you would have to cook fries/tater tots/chicken nuggets in batches to feed everyone but not with this air-fryer. It has two shelves that holds more that enough food for a family and can cook it all at once. The shelves can go right into the dishwasher (like all the accessories) for easy clean up. The only cleaning problem we have encountered is that small bits of food will get caught in the grooves that are in the bottom of the door. Still not a big deal for the time it saves us when we use the oven. We have cooked many things in this oven from air-fried chicken to air-fried fish to mac and cheese and they have all come out great. We haven't had a chance to use the rotisserie of the air-fryer so I can't really comment on that yet. But if it is anything like the ease of use we have had so far i will assume it will work just as well as the other items we have cooked. In all, this is just a great oven for the family, because of it's ease of operation, ease of cleaning, and the ease of cooking enough food quickly for a busy family.

I succumbed to the allure of the air fryer in June of 2021. I tried my neighbor's basket type, and I wanted more room, so I bought this one, and I'm glad I did. It comes with a rotisserie chicken basket I have not used, because all our chickens around here are too big for it, but I use the heck out of those shelves. Things I've learned about air frying: 1. The top shelf drips on the bottom shelf- plan accordingly. 2. The top shelf gets done before the bottom shelf. Plan accordingly. 3. It can reheat a grilled sandwich to a beautiful, perfect crispness that is better than when it was freshly grilled. 4. There are parchment paper sheets made to cover air fryer racks that have holes in them to let the air through. They are nice to use because they keep the racks mostly clean. 5. Soak the racks and whatever you burned onto them comes off easily. 6. If you want to use a scrub brush on your racks, use one with very stiff bristles, and scrub with just the edge, using a kind of flicking motion. I use a Carlisle brand nylon nail brush, and it works great. Weird choice, but I always have it by my sink as I'm a gardener and sometimes I want to get the mud out from underneath my nails without washing dishes. I read a lot of reviews that whined about brushing the racks, and wah, wah, wah. Soak them, use your sprayer, and then the brush. 7. You can run the racks through the dishwasher, and then take off whatever's left on them. There may not even be anything left! 8. If you have a lot of stuff to fry, keep shuffling stuff around and move it closer together as it shrinks down. I've made myself learn to move stuff over like an assembly line, and always add to the back and remove from the front. 9. You can cover the bottom pan in foil. Thinner, cheaper foil works better than the heavy duty kind. 10. Air fryer sausages are the bomb!! Over all, I'm quite happy with the purchase.

I bought this Whall fryer to replace the Chefman product that was an Amazon Deal in November of 2020 that I returned. So far, I have been impressed by this unit's build and stability. I have cooked several things in it so far with great success: fresh cut potato french fries, pork ribs, pork loin, roast vegetables like brussels sprouts and broccoli, whole rotisserie chicken and drumsticks. I've also cooked some package frozen products like Arby's Curly Fries and store brand chicken strips and they both came out excellent. The worst thing I tried was a tbone steak. For some reason, it never browned. It stayed pale grey and basically steamed and turned out rubbery. I'll stick to sous vide and pan sear with steaks for now on. One downside is that the rotisserie motor is very weak. It can only turn something they weighs less than 3 lbs, and even that is pushing it. It's difficult to find such small chickens for safe rotisserie use in the US but they can be easily cooked on the rack like anything else. With that being said, the Whall Air Fryer overall is sturdy, easy to operate, easy to clean and produces some great food with some experimentation.
