Showed up with a defective wheel assembly. Will see if it gets replaced. Update. I contacted customer service and they were the model for others to follow. They had me send a few pictures of the problem. Asked a few reasonable questions and sent me, not only the wheel but the entire assembly. Wheel, tire, axle and all washers and retaining clip. Excellent customer service. The machine is a serious piece of equipment. I live in the tropics and mold is a problem in the rainy season. We have a large area of cement, stone, tile and painted surfaces. This machine handles all surfaces with ease. The ability to adjust the pressure is very helpful in preventing damage from excess PSI on softer and painted surfaces. Will strip paint if that is your goal. Well built and great support.

I've been using this pressure washer for 4 months now and I am extremely pleased with it. I have had no issues or complaints thus far. It's extremely powerful based on its size and gives me enough power to take on every job that I have encountered. Easy to start, never have I gone past the second pull to get it started. For its size, it's easy to pull around but the high pressure hose is fairly long, so you don't need to do a lot of moving of the machine. I do wish the want they gave you had a trigger holder, but that's a minor nuisance. Otherwise, great pressure washer.

I bought 2 of these. First unit I bought did not work out of the box. They replaced it. Second unit I received came crushed by the delivery company. Had damaged muffler and gas tank was bent. They replaced it. So now I have 4 pressure washers in my garage and 2 of them don't work. But wait there's MORE! Today I decided to use 1 of the 2 machines I had not used yet. I went to do my first house washing and concrete cleaning. The machine turned on perfectly so I get to work. About 30 minutes in out turns off. I relieve pressure on the hoses and turn it back on. This happened every 5-10 minutes for the next 2 hours. I decided to go back home and get the other replacement that does work. So I was sent 4 machines and only 1 works now which was also refunded because the downstream injector was not working due to stripped screw from manufacturer. I decided to just use the pump from one of the other damaged pressure washers. So in reality I received 4 machines and none of them has worked properly. Do yourself a favor and get a Honda fitted pressure washer. That's what I'm doing this week. Save up a few more hundred dollars and buy quality.

Excellent machine. I put this into my lineup in my pressure washing business last year, and it’s been an absolute workhorse. No problems at all; starts up every time, handles regular use well. As long as you pay attention to regular oil changes, etc. this machine will last a good long time. It’s very reliable, and is better than some other machines that are 20-25% more at sticker price. It’s heavy (about 150 lbs), so works best in and out of a trailer. Don’t plan on lifting it in and out of a truck bed.

The product showed up in perfect condition delivered by Amazon truck two delivery guys. All the parts were included ,spray nozzles ,oil and funnel wand and spray gun. It also contained extra rubber gaskets for wand and spray connections. Started on second pull which pulled very easy. Used it for 3 hours took a break came back started right up. I have been using 4000psi to 4600psi pressure washers for the last 24 years and this one runs fine and definitely has the power. The price was great and instructions are correct and easy to follow for first timers{just need to read them} Will follow up with other information about performance in couple months

Will not spray. I purchased it in the winter of 2024. It stayed in the box until April 16 2025. I unpacked it and followed the instructions. It cranks and runs just fine. I wait a little bit for it to build pressure, try the spray gun, and no pressure. Waited a little longer before walking over to the washer. Here's where I realized that the spare shaft key was not a spare, and that it should have already been installed. I removed the pump from the motor and confirmed my suspicion. The motor shaft had just been spinning in the pump. No wonder I wasn't getting any pressure. Westinghouse told me to take the pump off and install the key... MF…. I just bought this thing. Westinghouse does not want to stand behind their product. Amazon should seriously reconsider selling garbage like this . I should not have to be tearing it apart within the first 10 minutes! what a major disappointment!! I was considering buying their generator, but if it’s anything like their pressure washer, it is a piece of junk also. absolutely do not buy this piece of junk. If I could give it zero stars I would.
