Well packaged with each piece in a cardboard tray without a lot of plastic wrap to remove. There were a lot of pieces to assemble, but not with much difficulty. No tools are needed, but a small hammer to tap parts in place is helpful. The lower retainer for the spray gun, lance and turbo nozzle is a problem because Westinghouse failed to recognize the force of gravity. The part slides up from below, so it falls out when weight is placed on it. I had to drill a hole and add a set screw. There is one undocumented part, a lower bracket to allow the power cord to be wrapped on the side of the unit instead of just hanging it. I prefer to just coil the cord and hang it on the top bracket as shown in the instructions. The lower bracket does not show in the instruction, so you may feel you have an extra part. A nice touch is a plastic clip on the cord to hold the GFI plug when storing. Earlier inexpensive electric pressure washers couldn't stand up to gas pressure washers, but they certainly do now. This one has all the power needed to quickly clean concrete driveways and sidewalks. Cleaning up the residue took much longer than the actual algae removal, in my case due to a lack of good drainage. All hose, lance and nozzle connections are of top quality and easy to assemble. The power wash hose is pretty stiff, but perhaps a little more durable than some for a cheap power washer. That said, care is needed to not kink it. The rubber grommet that secures the power cord to the unit's plastic case pulled out from tension on the cord. ... show more

The instructions were clear, and within 15 minutes, the unit was up and running. The build quality feels robust, assuring me of its durability for long-term use. - Features & Functions I was blown away by how small this device is. Multiple nozzle options allow me to tailor the water pressure based on how dirty my SUV is. The soap dispenser is a fantastic addition, making it easy to apply detergent evenly over the vehicle before I start with the high-pressure wash. - Performance on My SUV The Westinghouse Electric Pressure Washer did an impeccable job on my SUV, which was covered in layers of mud and dirt from a recent camping trip. A few passes, and it looked as if my SUV had just rolled off the dealership lot. Over the years, I have owned electric pressure washers with approximately the same specifications as this Westinghouse ePX3500 They all had tubular steel frames and were really quite large and heavy. I was initially surprised by, and somewhat skeptical of the small size and weight of this unit, but after about five hours of steady use (with a couple of short breaks in-between) I must say that I have been impressed. This Unit seems to have all of the capabilities of the larger Units that I have owned, but without the weight or size! Of note, the weight savings seem to be from the lightweight wheels, brackets and general packaging of the motor so the durability of those parts remains to be seen. With that said, the Pressure Washer Wand and Hose seem to be heavy-duty and should be quite durable. A great design feature is the placement of the Pressure Washer Wand Hose outlet and the Garden Hose inlet - they are on opposite side at the bottom of the Unit which makes moving it around while using it very easy and not as prone to tipping-over. This unit may not be suitable for Commercial use, but it has ample pressure and flow to meet my needs as a Homeowner. ... show more

My old pressure washer died, so it was time to find a new one. We put it to work right out of the box. It assembled easily and was ready to go to work. The low profile means it does not tip over as I drag the unit around. It rolls easily, it is light-weight and has a lot of power. The size makes it easy to store as well. Compared to my old pressure washer, this one is pretty quiet. I don't know how to describe loudness, but I am pleasantly surprised. So far I've cleaned the walkway, the garbage cans and one car.
